Pros:

Our experience here was amazing. We stayed there during the last week of July and had a great time. The hotel is near two very beautiful beaches, with clear water and great service. Everything is surrounded by nature, giving it a very calm feeling. The room itself was very spatious and clean, involving all the necessary facilities. My favourite part was the view- you went off into the balcony, which might I add was quite big, and all you saw was sea and nature. The staff was very kind and accomodating and we had plenty of pleasant interactions with them. The resort isn't far from the city which allows you to have a fun night out however also leaves the option of relaxing in the quiet. Overall it was a great place and we loved it.

- ruhig und fußläufig zentral zu drei Stränden.
- tolle Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergängen vom großen Balkon.
- geräumiger Wohnraum

- großer Pool. Sehr sauber und mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Sehr dezente, ruhige Hintergrundmusik.

Idyllic place just a short walk from the beach
Pros:

This place is an example of how doing something with affection and style makes a huge difference. The suit we stayed in was spacious, very tastefully furnished and decorated, with a large terrace and a magnificent view toward Corfu and Paxi. The buildings are surrounded with beautifully arranged and meticulously kept plants and trees contributing to the overall impression of calmness and relaxation.

Heel fijn verblijf op een mooie plek.
Pros:

De ligging is super. Je bent zo in Parga of Syvota. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Ruime appartementen met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. In vergelijking met veel andere Griekse accommodaties netjes afgewerkt. De eigenaren verhuren kwalitatief goede Sups voor een hele redelijke prijs. Onze kinderen hebben hiervan genoten. Je loopt zo het straatje uit en komt bij een mooi strand. Aanrader dus.

Most suitable for peaceful holiday

We had an unforgettable vacation in a place that can truly be described as an oasis of peace and relaxation.

The area is extremely quiet, with limited access and respectful tourists – mostly families who appreciated the calm atmosphere and observed the rules of good coexistence. The setting is simply stunning: breathtaking views of the sea combined with lush Mediterranean vegetation.

Accommodation was more than satisfying: spotless, well-equipped rooms, perfect for preparing a light breakfast to enjoy in bed or on the balcony overlooking the sea. Cleanliness was at the highest level – the rooms were serviced every two days, with towels replaced regularly. The host was polite, well-educated, and always reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

A big plus is the private parking inside the courtyard, safely closed to public access, as well as the proximity to the beach: just 100 meters away lies a small bay with fine sand, crystal-clear water, and a picturesque islet that enriches the view and delights the eyes. The beach itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers quality services and facilities.

Another highlight is the excellent location, which allows short trips to the islands of Corfu and Lefkada, and, without a doubt, a must-visit to the Acheron River – an experience you simply cannot miss.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dream holiday – peaceful, relaxing, surrounded by natural beauty, and complemented by excellent services.

We had an exceptional stay at 3Aktes Suites & Studios. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, our room had a perfect view, and the location is unbeatable – just 2 minutes’ walk from Agia Paraskevi beach, the most beautiful in Sivota. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

sehr schöne Woche
Pros:

Es ist eine extrem saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Das selbe trifft auch auf die Zimmer / Apartments zu. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Chefin spricht perfekt deutsch. Anfragen oder Probleme werden umgehend erledigt. Die Chefin gibt gute Empfehlungen für Strände, Restaurants usw.
Wir bekamen bei Anreise ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade.
In den Wohnungen ist alles vorhanden bzw. man kann es bei der Chefin bestellen. Parkplätze sind in der Anlage vorhanden.
Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist von der Lage der Wohnung abhängig ,ist aber gegeben.
Bei Abreise bekamen wir noch ein kleines Geschenk.
Die Anlage ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Cons:

auf Grund der direkten Sonneneinstrahlung ist es schwierig auf dem Balkon zu sitzen.
Sonnenschirm oder Markise währen von Vorteil.
der Weg vom Pool zu den oberen Häusern ist etwas steil und für ältere oder gehbehinderte Gäste etwas schwierig.

It was amazing!
Pros:

The place offers stunning views — it’s clean, well-kept, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the sea and the surrounding forest. There are three beautiful beaches nearby, plus a nice pool area right at the hotel.

Cons:

The area isn’t residential, so there are no shops, supermarkets, or pharmacies nearby — you’ll need a car to visit the surrounding villages for essentials. That said, it’s not necessarily a downside, especially if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Total relaxation at 3Aktes Suites
Pros:

I spent an unforgettable vacation at 3Aktes Suites with my wife and two children! Mrs. Vasiliki made sure we didn't miss anything, she prepared our cakes in the morning, we ate the best crepes with homemade jam made by Vasiliki! The apartment was amazing with a panoramic view of the sea, very clean very close to the 3 beaches, we went to Agia Paraskevi about 2 minutes away! The property has its own parking and the best thing is that you had the remote control at the main gate, in other words only the guests have access here, it has a beautiful and clean swimming pool and a huge terrace with a panoramic view of the sea! We will definitely be back - loved it!!! Thanks for the nice gift! Congratulations and thanks for everything
