Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit… tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, schöner Hotelstrand.
We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable. My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Everything was as expected from a five star hotel,the staff extremely polite and friendly, the service was excellent so was the food. could not find anything negative about the hotel nor the area.

Highly recommend and will certainly return.
- Teils unfähiges und unfreundliches Personal. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, bis wir Nicole von der Rezeption trafen. Sie war top.
- Checkout war schrecklich, wir mussten 35 Minuten auf das Taxi warten. Jedesmal meinte ein junger Mitarbeiter, das Taxi käme in 5 minuten.
- Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht in allg. Räumen wie Gänge und Speisesaal. Es war zu heiss.
- Sandstrand nicht gleich Sand. Nur bei den Liegen. Vor und im Meer grosse Steine. Liegen waren immer besetzt. Wir sahen das die Liegen an andere Gäste, welche nicht vom Hotel waren, vermietet wurden gegen Bezahlung. Und wir vom Hotel hatten keinen Platz. Sehr schade.
- Früstück ist bis 10:30 Uhr, es wird bereits um 10:00 Uhr beim Buffet teils abgeräumt. Um Punkt 10:30 Uhr ist die Türe geschlossen. Sehr schade.
- Sauberkeit war mittelmässig, der Pool war nicht sauber. In den Gängen hat es Insekten. Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber.
- Bett war bequem. Lage vom Zimmer war ruhig.
- Das Essen im Agora Restaurant war sehr fein.
- Spa Center, sehr teuer, überhöhte Preise. Minimalistische Ausstattung. Preise werden je nach Lust und Laune angegeben. Preisliste wird erst nach mehrmaligem Fragen ausgehändigt.
Such a lovely hotel and a wonderful welcome on arrival complete with a room upgrade. Everything about the hotel we could not fault.
Staff was great. We had issues with the ac which management knew about before we came but still charge people regular price! $15 a day fee isn’t explained before you come which they happily tell you that you must pay this at checkout. First room we got had stains all over furniture that staff forgot to clean. And the house keeper on several occasions went on the balcony and swept dirt into the pool!!

Food could be better and the working hour of the main restaurante is very limited. It closes at 9.30
Perfekt für Paare für einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub. Es war alles super, die einzige Sache die es zu bemängeln gäbe ist, dass der Strandabschnitt leider sehr steinig war.
