Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit Balkon und Blick in den wunderschönen, mit Pflanzen begrünten und blühenden Innenhof. Großartiges Frühstück, wahlweise am Pool oder indoor mit Klimaanlage einzunehmen; großer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Das Hotel ist äußerst gepflegt, wahnsinnig freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück! Es hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen!
Kleiner Supermarkt 100 m entfernt, Autoabstellplatz gegenüber, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand bzw. zur Promenade mit vielen Lokalen.
Es war alles zu 200% top!
Very disappointing and seriously overpriced
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online and was much older and more dated than expected.
The towels were greyish rather than white, and there was a strange smell coming from the shower. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained, including a yellowed, worn-out anti-slip mat in the shower and an old, scratched plastic toilet seat. Overall, the furniture and interior were clearly outdated and not in line with what you would expect from the hotel’s presentation.
The balcony was also practically unusable while the air conditioning was running, as the hot exhaust air blows directly onto the balcony and the unit is extremely loud.
The pool water was cloudy, which did not exactly add to the feeling of cleanliness.
The concierge was very friendly personally, but unfortunately did not respond appropriately to our negative feedback. No compensation or meaningful solution was offered.
At €140 per night, the hotel was already far too expensive for what it offers. Considering that the regular price is apparently around €200 per night, the value for money is absolutely unacceptable.
The breakfast was okay, but that was probably the only average aspect of the stay.
Overall, this hotel felt like a tourist trap: overpriced, outdated and far below the standard suggested by its photos and pricing. Definitely not recommended.

Keine Auflagen auf den Poolbetten. An der Rezeption hat niemand Deutsch gesprochen.

La amabilidad del personal, la recepcionista de la mañana estupenda, a pesar de nuestro poco inglés ya que somos españoles, nos ayudó en todo y nos facilitó mucho las cosas, cogimos el hotel para una noche con dos habitaciones para mis 2 hijos, mujer, y mi suegra, veníamos de creta y volábamos a Madrid y fue dos días y una noche estupenda, también el chico de por la tarde hizo todo muy fácil para ayudarnos con el transporte al aeropuerto, destacamos su amabilidad en todo momento, el desayuno está increíble todo muy rico, y comimos los dos días en el bar de la piscina y igual cocinado todo al momento y buenísimo y muy abundante, andas unos 7 minutos y estás en la playa de kamari y todo el paseo marítimo con infinidad de tiendas y restaurantes para comer cenar y coctelerías. Una estancia de 10, si volvemos a ir a Santorini que nos ha encantado repetiríamos este hotel.
Una de nuestras habitaciones solo tenia cortinas, la luz del amanecer entraba pronto, pero bueno por poner algun pero, todo lo demás perfecto
La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative. Lo staff si è dimostrato dal primo momento disponibile e accogliente. Le camere abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli. La colazione estremamente varia e ricca. La posizione permette di raggiungere il litorale di Kamari in due minuti di motorino (forse a piedi potrebbe risultare un po' scomodo).
