Cons:

We were told that we could pay for the airport transport by card, but at the airport we were suddenly told that only cash was accepted. I had to leave my family to find an ATM. The driver were also the receptionist’s father and worked for the hotel. I found this unprofessional and in comfortable.

Pleasant stay at Hermes
Pros:

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Hermes Hotel in Kamari and would happily recommend it. The entire front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, very well maintained, and create a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring Santorini. The location is also great for enjoying Kamari and the island.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit outdated, and there was occasionally a noticeable drainage smell. It wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise fantastic stay, but updating the bathrooms would make the experience even better.

Bon hôtel, bonne nourriture et jolie piscine mais le monsieur à l’accueil il faut le virer
Pros:

J’ai adoré l’hôtel, il était sympathique, le petit déjeuner était complet. Les chambres étaient propres, et l’ambiance était bien et surtout la dame de l’accueil du matin aux cheveux longs étaient très gentille, aimable et serviable vraiment parfaite !

Cons:

Par contre le monsieur, à l’accueil souvent de l’après-midi du soir une ordure on ne pouvais rien lui demander sans qu’il refuse ou fasse des expressions du visage désagréable qui nous mettez mal à l’aise… il regarder son film sur son téléphone et c’est limite si on le dérange… à revoir certaines personnes du personnel
