Super Lage, eine wunderbare Chefin samt netter Familie, sehr hilfsbereit und immer zum Plaudern aufgelegt, mit meinem gestottertem Griechisch oder auf Englisch.
Herrlich der direkte Zugang zum Meer vor dem Balkon, das Wasser glasklar und im September noch herrlich warm. Bequeme Liegen für alle.
Bei stärkerem Wellengang war der Zugang zum Meer riskant, da das Wasser nicht sehr tief war und die Steine gefährlich.
Zu Karfas Beach: ich persönlich bin kein Sandstrandfan, vor der Pension war es mir lieber.

Sakız adasında ailecek (2 yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak) 4 gece konakladığımız işletme. Odamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Manzarası şahane idi. Odada mutfak malzemeleri, Tv, ketıl, ocak, buzdolabı vardı. Temiz ve yeterli sayıda havlu bırakılmıştı. Gürültüsüz sessiz sakin huzurlu bir tesis. Karfas plajına da yürüme mesafesinde. Arabalar için deniz manzaralı bir otoparkı bile mevcut. İşletme sahibi Effie hanım da güleryüzle karşıladı hediyelerle uğurladı. Bir daha gelirsek muhakkak ilk bakacağımız yer olacak.
Καθαρό και περιποιημένο δωμάτιο καθώς και όλος ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Εξαιρετικά ευγενική και εξυπηρετική η ιδιοκτήτρια. Εξαιρετική σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, με θέα θάλασσα, ήσυχο περιβάλλον για ξεκούραση και ύπαρξη άνετου πάρκινγκ.
It was quite and nearby the Karfas beach
owner was welcoming.
Some of the utilities were broken like towel hang and shower drain.

İşletmeci Effie hanım gerçekten bizlerle çok ilgiliydi, taleplerimizle hemen ilgilendi. Odanın balkonu doğrudan denize açılıyor, odanın temizliği hergün düzenli yapılıyor. Konum itibariyle Karfas plajına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca tesisin önünden de denize girilebiliyor, kısa bir taşlık alandan sonra deniz zemini tamamen kum.
Odada ütü, hazır kahve makinesi ve tost makinesi yoktu.
Δίπλα στη θάλασσα για γρήγορη βουτιά, δέκα λεπτά περπάτημα από οικογενειακή αμμουδιά και ταβέρνες, πολύ βολικό για πόλη Χίου, αεροδρόμιο και μαστιχοχώρια. Καθαρό και μαζεμένο με άψογο σέρβις. Ευχαριστούμε!
I give it 1 stars begrudgingly only because the location was very good but the facility and management were just absurd.
Security and Safety concerns were not taken seriously by management. Power issues they may have caused fire concerns and access issues, only providing one key for access for 4 adults. WiFi did not work at all. Electricity failed several times during our stay, loose wires in main fuse panel. Said it was fixed next day dropped again. Every single issue was met with argument and blame the customer. Refused to provide one extra key even though we were party of 4. Shower is tiny, rusty, ants throughout the property.
Three different occasions we had to throw away groceries, minimally equipped, dollar store strainer and knife, we asked for the room to be cleaned, once very three days was the response. A party of 4 became party of three after one week, refused to offer a credit for the 4th individual although the cot was taken. Stayed 2 weeks, she gifted one bottle of water. For the same price we paid our traveling partners at Evangeline Apartments just up the street had daily maid service, water and fruit baskets, all members were given a key, fully equipped kitchen and china. WiFi that all 4 could stream on. One member of our party would go to their rental to do online office hours and never had an issue. Our last conversation after I had checked out on the way to the airport was I am getting the internet fixed. For two weeks we used roaming data. In short, they are an example of what has failed Greece, an old mentality that believes in they will be gone rather than let’s please them and bring them back. Do yourself a favor and avoid, look up Evangeline Studios in Karfas instead they were wonderful.
It’s in a very central yet peaceful location. The room has a perfect sea view and had all appliances you need. Effie is a very friendly and welcoming host, and she is available for all your questions. The bed was also very comfortable.
We liked everything
We had a wonderful time at Plaka Studios in Chios. The room is right next to the sea, and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful.
It had everything we needed, and thanks to the refreshing sea breeze, the room stayed cool without needing the air conditioning (though it was available if needed).
The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful — a true example of Greek hospitality.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in Chios.
The location and view are amazing. It takes 5-7 minutes to the center. Villages are also not far from there. I recommend renting a car for sure. You have no problem with parking. Lidl is also close if you want to do grocery shopping. The owner is such a nice and kind person. The staff is nice and smiley in general.
There was not a card to put on the door to ask for the room service/housekeeping. It would be easier if a card is hanging on the door. The view is amazing (I have to admit) but I am not sure if the price is worth on the given service.
Location is nice . Our room had seaview. It was clean .
Hotel was very old it was not same as showing photographs . Lights are not enough , room was dark.
