床比較硬，應該長輩會喜歡！居住地點不錯，雖然隔音較差，沒有停車位，但是巷口對面就有學校假日可以停車，入住第一天有跳電的狀況發生，但手機ＬＩＮＥ很快就可以聯繫上人來處理，全都是使用密碼鎖很方便！

Decent stay close to snail area
Pros:

Modern design, extremely good location. Very quiet neighborhood, we could barely hear the neighbors. There wasn’t any bad smell coming from toilet. Bed sheets were amazing, I slept like a baby.

Cons:

There were two things which were apparently mentioned in comments many times before. First is the metallic chair which makes a lot of noise while moving. For the owner: just put some material under the legs and it will be ok. The second thing was lack of big towel (they only give you small, for hands). Was it a crucial thing? For sure not, we managed it with those small towels. Did it make a discomfort? Yes of course, for many decades of traveling it was the first time. It was also our 10th accommodation in Taiwan and we have never encountered such a situation. The owner could not explain their policy. It is what is it, but what next? Should the guest also bring the bed linien?

Pros:

房間小小的但備品齊全，床很好躺，廁所乾淨明亮，熱水很熱且水壓強，Line小幫手回覆快速會貼心提醒許多事項❤️
雖然入住當天沒什麼其他住客，不過隔天早上能感受到打掃阿姨打掃的聲音，隔音方面比較沒那麼好，另外睡前發現床上有隻螞蟻在爬有點驚嚇到🥹
但整體上覺得CP值很高，是個住宿的好選擇！

Disappointing
Pros:

The communication with the staff was excellent, even though they managed everything remotely via the LINE app. They were able to help us out with some issues that we had. Location of the hotel is great, too, of course.

Cons:

The facilities are a huge contrast to the great service:
* The room was cleaned only superficially and there was dirt in all the corners, windows, etc.
* The shower comes without a curtain or anything - you end up flooding the whole bathroom when taking a shower.
* The towels provided are tiny (only hand towels).
* The bed was rock hard.
* There is no soap.

Pros:

COMFORT
the bed was very comfortable. like most asian households, you have to leave your shoes at the entrance and take slippers to walk to your room.
overall, the place is tranquil and clean which is nice. from what i have seen, during my stay, most of the visitors were asian.

LOCATION
right next to the snail street, it is near the main street with bus stops (from the train station) and surrounded by cute cafés and places.

Cons:

ORGANISATION
when youbook the room you have to read the message they send you. after that you have to download LINE to confirm the booking and have the information as well as proceed to the payment. this organization was alien to us, especially since the original message was sent to us in chinese and therefore went unread.
so, you can imagine our surprise when we arrived to hotel, which had to human staff on location, with no entrance code and nothing to put our luggage and simply rest. thankfully everything was resolved but it wasn't the best experience.

ROOM
the side of the room was questionable. it did not look like the size given in the info. they probably included the balcony (which we used to store our luggage, otherwise we'd have nowhere to walk)

Superb
Pros:

Great little alleyways, full submersion into the culture (also easy to get lost which is part of the fun of travelling to another country 😁). No people contact, communication via Line App. Need to pay 3 days in advance instead of on the day. Overall, great place at a great price!
