Such a lovely hotel all round.

We had a family holiday here this summer. Our first family holiday in school holiday time and I was really worried at how busy the hotel would feel, however the hotel even when fully booked never felt busy or crowded.
We stayed in the relax area which suited us perfectly, our room over looked the pool and mountains beautiful views. We never had any problems getting sunbeds by the pool.
As we have a 5 year old we ate early most nights and never had a queue of more than 2 groups/families in front of us to get into the buffet. The food was the best we’ve ever had. Constantly topped up or cooked fresh at the show stations. Desserts were amazing. We dined in the Greek and American also and the food there was also really good.

The entertainment was fun and found this year we stayed out later to watch than we have in the past. Our little one loved the park area too.

The waterpark is fun, good size slides for all ages.

We would definitely come back again.

The facilities, especially the pools, we're excellent. Food choice and quality in the 'Olive' was brilliant for a buffet. Wouldn't bother with Stars and Stripes (staff lovely but food not as good as the Olive). La Trattoria on the other hand served fantastic food and made a very special last night meal.

Our flight was 12 hours after checkout, so they very kindly allowed us a courtesy room for a shower and freshen up. However the 30mins alloted time was only enough for a party of three, so larger parties might want to book two or for longer is possible.

Overall, lovely place, nicely laid out and would come again, only perhaps a cooler time of year.

Great hotel for a family vacation. Kids loved it.

I am writing to share my disappointment following a recent stay at your property, which I booked through Expedia.

Unfortunately, the condition of the public areas and pools was unacceptable. There appeared to be no cleaning staff present during the day, and even after dinner, the pool areas were not cleaned properly. A persistent unpleasant smell was noticeable around the pool areas. The children’s pool had visible green algae growth, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety.

At the pool bars, I observed that glasses were merely rinsed, not properly washed, before being reused. This is not only unhygienic but also entirely below the standard expected from any hotel, let alone one marketed as a resort.

Additionally, upon check-in, I was informed of a tourist tax that needed to be paid. This charge was never communicated during the booking process. When I contacted Expedia customer service, they were unable to provide any explanation, which was frustrating and unprofessional. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and as a result, I will not be booking through Expedia again.

The only truly positive aspect of my stay was the hotel staff, who were consistently polite, helpful, and clearly working very hard under pressure. They seemed short-staffed, likely due to cost-cutting by management. If I were in charge of this property, I would seriously reconsider the current management team, particularly the Head of Departments, as there appears to be a lack of prop

Brilliant stay at Atlantica. My family enjoyed it here and the staff were very helpful. A lot of pools and restaurants to choose from. Great food selection and very good quality.

Dream Resort for Families!
There's nothing that the kids could ask for that isn't available! The ultimate paradise for young and old! There are so many activities that you "have to" choose some of them; it's impossible to follow all unless you're a super athlete. The water park is the place the kids choose every day! There wasn't a day our 5-year-old daughter didn't ask to go there. Fortunately, the area is also for older children, so both young and old have fun.

The service from the staff is truly on another level! Always willing to politely assist you with whatever you need! Everything is so orderly that you don't feel pressured, but rather you feel great because everything is under control and organized. Additionally, the resort is divided in such a clever way that you can find the spot that suits you at any given moment! You can easily find quiet areas for moments of relaxation!

The variety of food is endless... many restaurants so you're never limited! The rooms are comfortable and functional!

In closing, I would like to emphasize once again the exceptional service from all the staff! Highly recommended, especially for families!!!

The perfect family vacation!!! the hotel is everything we could ask for, especially appropriate for families with little kids. the staff is super friendly, there are tons of activities, everything is super clean. plenty of pools, super fun water park. The restaurants are also a great treat in addition to the all inclusive food (hotel's restaurants and food spots next to the pools). excellent

Great service, a lot of pools to choose from, great resort

This was a very good family resort ideal for those with young children. I would suggest particularly so for kids up to the age of 10. There are lots of activities to keep the children engaged. Perhaps not so much for older kids.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Any issues were dealt with sympatheticalyy and quickly. They truly were an asset to the hotel. From porters, receptionists, guest relations, waiters and barmen. The greeks really love kids and that warmth they showed is very real.

The hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The rooms were also really soundproofed! Never got woken up by banging, scraping, talking by others etc. Real plus for me.

Pools were big but there is no deep end. Water only comes up to you waist as an adult. Ideal for kids but not if you want to jump and dive.

Food was good. Options aplenty. Cocktails decent too.

5 mins walk to a beach. Ideal for a quick afternoon or early morning dip. No umbrellas though as its not part of the hotel. Beach is pebbly.

15 min walk to town of Kolymbia where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream etc. It's a pleasant enough walk.

Overall, this was a really good family resort ideal for young families.

Maden er virkelig god all inklusive mad - værelserne moderne og super clean personalet nice, og vores uptrade til swim up værelse var heller ikke af vejen😁

Brilliant staff, excellent resort, the a la carte restaurants were fantastic quality food. Lots of snack bars and drinks bars. Multiple and various activities for children of all ages. Facilities were well maintained. Had a wonderful and memorable time!

The hotel is very nice with excellent service but the food was terrible at any of the restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast was ok but very little to offer. We had to go outside to eat although we had all inclusive

Excellent stay. Service was brilliant and any asks were easily accomplished.

Hats off to the Hotel Manager - Nikos - my requests were helpfully met.

Highly recommended for a family stay.
