The hotel is large, and the poolside area is very nice. The breakfast is rich with a lot of variety

Despite its five-star rating, the hotel itself feels outdated. While the property is great for guests who enjoy the all-inclusive experience, navigating it can be challenging. Because it is built on a steep hill, moving between the rooms, the main hotel, and the beach requires using the hotel’s golf carts or the cliffside elevator. Additionally, while the beach area itself was clean, the beach facilities need to be updated.

Pros:

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. The location is stunning, with incredible views that made the stay unforgettable.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of options throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, and I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, kitchen team, waiters, and the golf cart drivers. Every one of them was friendly, helpful, and contributed to making our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. When we approached the reception desk, we greeted the staff with smiles, but they did not smile back or offer a warm welcome. They were simply silent, which felt unusual and unwelcoming for a hotel of this standard. What made it more disappointing was that this attitude continued throughout our entire stay. The reception staff consistently came across as cold and uninterested, and we never felt genuinely welcomed.

There was also a small issue with our reservation, and when I asked to speak with the reservation manager, the reception staff began speaking to each other in Greek in a way that made it quite obvious they were discussing me while I was standing right in front of them. Whether or not that was their intention, it came across as disrespectful and unprofessional.

Lastly, I would like to mention something that may be helpful for future guests. While this may not reflect the hotel itself, we noticed that the guests were not very diverse. At first, this did not concern us at all, but throughout our stay we often felt uncomfortable because of the way some guests looked at us or stared at us. It gave us the impression that we were not particularly welcome, which affected our overall experience. I simply wanted to share this for travelers from different backgrounds who may appreciate knowing about our experience.

Cons:

Hotellin palvelu oli hidasta. Aamupalalla kahvia joutui erikseen mennä aina pyytämään, koska ohimenevät tarjoilijat eivät huomioineet asiakkaita. Allasbaarin palvelussa myös parannettavaa. Kukaan ei huomioinut asiakasta ja palvelu sai odottaan todella pitkään. Hotellissa vähän kaikki oli kulunutta ja se alkaa olemaan remontin tarpeessa.

Everything, the staff were so so so nice and helpful
Everything was well maintained, clean and comfy
The location is really good, 30-20 min from the hotel to every good place on Corfu island
For me it’s a 10/10 hotel
Oh and the beach is fantastic

Pros:

Location and overall cleanliness of the entire resort. Would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

The gym was quite sad. Bench didnt adjust, rusted in place. The chest press machine is bent and unusable. Needs updating badly.

The telephone was not working , the staff did not helped, we ordered room service , it was cold and not delicious, they did not came to take the plate , charge us 15 euro for room service without informing us .
