We were there only one night so it didn't really upset . But the in room entertainment wasn't working, reason given recent upgrade to system...should be in operating condition.

Pleasant hotel near the airport, would stay again
Pros:

Room and public areas clean. Rooms well soundproofed, aware planes overhead but not intrusive. Breakfast adequate. Coffee, best brewed I have had in a hotel or restaurant in years.
Prompt hourly shuttle service to the airport. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

A personal preference only: blankets on the bed, quilts are too hot for me.

Very Nice Hotel. I'd book again.

This is a very convenient hotel for those traveling out of BOS/Logan. The shuttle service is excellent. The breakfast is nice, and the rooms very pleasant.

Cons:

No scrambled eggs. A little better fruit selection would be nice.

Good location for easy am flight out of Logan. Beware flashing smoke detectors.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful and provided a to go breakfast because we were leaving very early.

Cons:

There is a flashing smoke detector on the wall that puts out brief flashes of blue white light all night. Maybe not noticeable to most people but if you are sensitive beware.

I will definitely stay here again on future travels. Great facility, staff, and location.
Pros:

The location is excellent for flying out of Boston. The airport is very close. It is easy to walk to restaurants, the supermarket, and stores making it efficient to get things done, be well rested, and head of to endure the hazards of air travel these days. The shuttle to the airport was a big help as well.

Cons:

Breakfast was included in the room cost, not an option. I missed breakfast because my early flight had me out the door before they started breakfast. Fortunately they provided a bagged breakfast to take on the run. It was not much but it made sure I wasn’t starving before zipping to the airport. Then the thieves running the airport stole the bottled water because of course I would destroy the world with that. The hotel on the other hand provided a great experience.

Early check in appreciated after flight rescheduling
Pros:

This is my second stay at Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea--I appreciate the 24 hour shuttle service; the drivers are always friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that they allowed me early check in (for a fee) after my outbound flight was rebooked, so I was able to shower and rest after spending 12 hours at the airport (BOS) without having to wait for the normal hotel check-in time. Thank you Kevin and Angie (front desk staff) for your help! Good selection of hot items on the breakfast buffet. And a good selection of places that will deliver food to the hotel. The only downside to my stay was that I was charged $300 smoking fee, when I don't smoke. When I tried to resolve this with staff, I was told that the sensor probably triggered when I used the iron and that I needed to dispute the charge with my credit card. The dispute charge currently being reviewed.

Getting charged $300 smoking which was triggered by use of the iron. The charge couldn't be reversed by staff and I have to resolve it with my credit card.

There can be confusion about where to pickup the shuttle bus from since there are 2 Hampton Inns in the area and the driver of the other Inn declined or didn’t know where to pickup the other bus
