Comfortable and easy
Pros:

The location was chosen because it was near"ish" to the airport and downtown. It was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The location was also near some industry so there was a noise factor at night with trucks coming and going. Also, the $30 parking fee was not good! The price was already on the high side so did not appreciate this add on.

Cons:

Some problem with shuttle pickup. Too noisy to hear driver when she called. We were at the correct pickup point but the driver was not. Did finally work out

Comfortable, caring, and competent
Pros:

Shuttle driver Elmer was excellent - friendly, prompt, got us efficiently to/from the exactly right spot at tge auroirt, A shuttle at a different hotel had us riding around between terminals for half an hour.

Coffee all evening! Nice hot breakfast.

Loved everything - they were great~
