Pros:

Pretty much everything but our room wasn't clean. There were crumbs under our bed and under our son's bed were a pair of socks.
The front desk staff the day of check in were amazing and very helpful.

vicinanza ad un enorme centro commerciale (basket market) per takeaway giornaliero

Cons:

location , trovandosi lontano (Chelsea) da Boston downtown, quindi sempre necessario prendere bus (111 or 104 efficientissimi) x raggiungere il centro (circa 30 min)

the customer service was outstanding, and the staff at the reception desk were welcoming and helpful!

The waffle machine in the breakfast area hadn’t worked for a few days, and my son was disappointed.

Suited us as we were only there for one night between flights.
Pros:

Location was fine and staff were very helpful. Getting the shuttle back to the airport was easy to arrange with reception.

Cons:

Very limited selection at breakfast and it was difficult to find out how to organise the shuttle collection from the airport when we arrived. We ended up getting an Uber.

一人旅には丁度いい。
Pros:

今回初めての海外一人旅でこのホテルを選んで良かったと思います。部屋も素晴らしく掃除も行き届いていてアメニティも充実しています。場所も空港から比較的近いです。シルバーラインの停留所が近いので車がなくても行動しやすく、ボストンの色々な場所に行けました。朝食も美味しかったです！ダウンタウンからは少し離れていますが、その代わり落ち着いている環境で過ごしやすかったです。スーパーマーケットやレストランが近くにあったので困ることがなかったです。私はあまり英会話が得意ではないですがスタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくれました。このホテルのお陰で素晴らしいボストンの観光と思い出を作る事ができました。またボストンに来るときはこのホテルを利用しようと思います。

Cons:

部屋のすぐ前が物流センターなのか大きな倉庫だったので、眺めはさほど良くはない事と、夜中にトラックの行き来があるので、トラックがバックする音とかが気になって、時差ボケにはちょっときつかったです。その事さえ気にしなければ他は問題はなかったです。
