I did enjoy my stay and would book again!
Pros:

The breakfast is yummy and a nice variety of foods. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and in a great location, close to OSU and not in a hugely congested area. Easy to Uber from place to place or use my car, as the parking was plentiful and close to the buildings and well lit.

Cons:

The single rooms could be a little bigger- there is a lot in a small area, if my husband had come with me on this trip- I would have felt crowded. Each way says exit in the hallways but I had a hard time remembering which was stairs and which was the elevator, since they are in opposite directions.

Great Stay
Pros:

Property was very clean, staff prompt and polite. Well maintained facility. Nice open seating area in lobby. Quiet rooms fully equipped with basics. Kitchenette with a full size refrigerator was a plus. Breakfast is your basic continental menu. Bed sleeps well and very comfy. I will definitely stay here again for my annual event

Great stay.
Pros:

Overall great hotel, clean and comfortable room and large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located close to where our event was (Schottenstein Center). Parking available for a small fee.

Cons:

Very poor quality toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast was average.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I asked for extra dishwasher detergent. They gave me more than I actually ended up using.
There was a city event that would be blocking the most direct route to my destination in the morning. The staff figured out an alternate route for me.

Cons:

The only complaint I had was actually not the fault of the hotel. It was an issue with the booking outfit I had used. The hotel and staff were very impressive.

Family visit.. great space for that
Pros:

Location.. near restaurants, family, friends and easy to access freeway, OSU etc. Parking was easy, breakfast was decent, overall a good stay

Cons:

They said they were going to clean rooms every other day but I had to get after them after the second day and they didn't even apologize.. we are paying for the service and they need to take that responsibility..
