Friendly staff and very clean property. I also appreciate the ice and water refill station on my floor - instead of having to go down to the lobby.
Not necessarily a dislike, but by the time I got to breakfast (around 8:50ish each morning), they were out of several options.
O hotel fica perto do metrô, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento ao centro. O quarto é muito confortável e muito bem equipado. Café da manhã bom. Limpeza ok. Staff atencioso.

Location was convenient to the Blue line, which went right to downtown. The room was clean, and the shower water pressure was amazing!
Despite widely advertising a free airport shuttle, that service was cancelled without any notice. Two employees acted like I was crazy for asking, but the manager did book us a taxi after proving that the website and booking both mentioned a shuttle. I've never encountered a hotel that bills itself as an Airport hotel that doesn't offer a shuttle to the airport!
The housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to specifically request towels and toilet paper during our 3 day stay. For $1300 for 3 nights, I had higher expectations!
Hotel is modern and attractive inside. Room was spacious and well decorated. TV and WiFi worked well.
Entrance is in the back and unattractive. Restaurant has very limited menu and below average quality. The airport shuttled has been CANCELLED, forcing a $20 Uber ride. No water in room. $4 to buy.

Un dia no nos hicieron la habitación. No avisamos por que llegamos a la noche y era la ultima. También fué dificil contactar para el envio del shuttle a recogernos.
The location was excellent.
We agreed to take the room next to elevators because we arrived off our ship so early and it was the only room that was ready. it was very loud for our 3 day stay.
We stayed one night so we could go on a cruise. They had a shuttle to the ship. I wouldn't have been able to get there on my own.

staff was rude and not accommodating. The hotel said there was a hotel shuttle, there wasn't. The hotel is listed as a Boston Logan Airport hotel, but the hotel is not in the city of Boston but rather Revere, which was an issue with getting a taxi/uber to take me. I was promised a late check-out by being an IHG member, the front desk did not honor it.

Convenient near airport. Check in was professional and recommended local restaurant.
Bar was closed and breakfast was average. No coffee in lobby (pot not maintained). A airport shuttle was advertised and even an email sent. When I called when I landed they said there hasnt been a shuttle for awhile.
