Cons:

Someone walked into our room unannounced at 3:30 in the morning. They walked out when they realized we were in there. Found out a couple of days later it was the security guard. When we complained the best the manager would do was refund the first night because she argued we had a good sleep the second night. Her apologies were empty and extremely rude. We were in the city for a conference and we were exhausted and this absolutely ruined our weekend. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. Stay away from this poorly managed hotel.
I would give them a zero if the system would let me. Last night, I read through other online reviews and found out that registration mix ups is a very common issue with this hotel.

Pros:

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My catalytic converter was stolen from my car overnight and I was parked in view of the front desk. They could do better with security.

Will definitely stay in this hotel again when travelling to St. Albert.
Pros:

I've stayed in many places that offer a free breakfast, but this one was definitely better than most. In addition to the usual scrambled eggs and sausage, I was so happy to see hot oatmeal with walnuts and raisins! Coffee was great. Fresh fruit and yogurt, juice, milk, pancakes, etc. was all good. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the pillows! Sometimes hotel pillows are so hard but these were very comfortable. The room was so quiet too! When I was told there was a hockey team staying there, I got a little nervous because I was once a hockey mom and I know how excited the kids can get when staying in a hotel! I didn't hear a thing.

Cons:

Amenities in the bathroom were limited, but they had the basics and that was just fine. No fault of the hotel, but plows were kept busy during the night taking care of all the snow which made it a bit loud when trying to sleep.

Had a very pleasant over night stay.
Pros:

The Place to Stay in St. Albert.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Staff were very helpful

The smell on level 4 was terrible - mildew/moldly. The room was great and had no smell, but the hallway was terrible.

This place is good if you just need a crash pad. Not worth the money for what you get

Didn’t like hotel staff blocking delivery driver from bringing pizza to door, didn’t like the smart tv that you can’t use smart features on. Didn’t like the price compared to other hotel in area with better rooms and experience

Pros:

Staff were very friendly throughout the hotel.
Rooms were immaculate. Comfortable beds, blackout curtains, lots of outlets, and very roomy.
The breakfast was fresh, there were lots of options and they even provide a To-go bag with fruit, yogurt and a muffin when check out.
Great atmosphere, highly recommend.
