Pros:

The hotel seems brand new and overall is very comfortable. Well located (not the best but still good). Really good value for the price paid. I would definitely come back.

Cons:

If I had to improve this hotel I would concentrate on its restaurant, which is not very good (which is appaling in Lima where everywhere you can eat very well). Also, the front desk could be a little bit more friendly.

Pros:

El hotel está increíble, las instalaciones limpias y modernas, las habitaciones insonorizadas, el personal fue espectacular, se desayuna en el rooftop es un gran detalle, por la noche no necesitar salir, ya que hay muy buen ambiente en el rooftop, nos gustó que al hacer el check out pudimos dejar nuestras maletas guardadas ya que nuestro vuelo era en la madrugada. Nos encantó el hotel y todo el personal con el que tuvimos contacto tanto en el hotel como en el rooftop fue increíble, felicitaciones!

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado una habitación en los niveles superiores, pero no bajo puntos por eso.

El desayuno era muy rico. El gerente muy atencioso asi como el personal del desayuno.

Cons:

Las chicas de recepción muy poco empaticas, poco simpaticas y sin ningun cuidado con el huesped. Pedimos toallas varias veces y no atendieron, se demoraron en el check in despues de toda una noche viajando, no trataban de compreender nuestro idioma, nos cobraron mal y no buscaban formas de solucionarlo. El trato en recepción fue muy malo, el peor de nuestra experiencia
