Quality location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good variety. Not charging for parking was reason I picked this hotel. Front desk person was very nice and also acknowledged me BY NAME when I can back to the lobby area.

Cons:

Better signage regarding ice only being on 3rd and 4th floors. I was on 2nd floor and couldn’t find ice machine. I had to go to the lobby and ask.

Highly recommended and will stay again with Ayres.
Pros:

Location is great. Family friendly. Room is very spacious and very clean. Value is affordable. Slept very well due to being so quiet. We loved the immediate services by Joy and Javier. Love the free EV Vehicle charging area. Pools are clean and well taken care of. Easy access for snacks and food available. Awesome breakfast. Please don’t lower your standards. Second time we visited Ayres. First time was at Chula Vista and now at Carlsbad.

Team members was great. Joy even took time and looked up the spacecraft Artemis landing information for our kids. Javier was very knowledgeable and friendly. Call anytime they said if we need anything.

Services and friendliness it’s like being at a 5 star hotel. It’s in comparison to Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay we stood in Hawaii. Places to go is really close. Clean and our room was roomy.

Highly recommended, will use Ayres again.

Perfect for an overnight stay
Pros:

Check in was easy and staff, Isaiah was fantastic! Nicely decorated, clean. Breakfast was good (made to order omelettes).

Pros:

Las instalaciones, la cama era muy cómoda, el desayuno estaba rico

Cons:

Que todo se escucha, el área es tranquila pero todo lo que pasaba en los pasillos, me tocó estar enseguida del elevador y me despertaron muy temprano con azote de puertas, gente entrando y saliendo y todo se escucha.
