The Ayres Hotel is the Place to Stay....
Pros:

I like everything about this hotel. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is clean , beds are comfortable and linens are very clean. Every person who works at this hotel appears to want to be working there. You can tell by the way they present themselves and how they treat each other and their customers. The breakfast is wonderful too. The staff who cook and attend the breakfast area are extremely kind and they welcome you with a smile and a cheerful, "good morning." The Ayres Hotel is my go-to hotel to stay when I go to Vista for work. I highly recommend you stay here. I give this hotel a 1000% + approval rating!

Too noisy for me because we were on the 2nd floor right by the parking side and was hearing loud motorcycle late at night and the cars.

Overall a great value for the price!
Pros:

Staff was great from booking to greeting and check-out. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has a good variety of options for picky eaters too. There is a lot of things to do near by.

Cons:

The only downside was we had a large group stay for an event and everyone was on different floors. I wish when requesting a block they put you near each other.

This is a well run, spotless, welcoming, high value for the cost Hotel with a knowledgable
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent- the best of our trip. The breakfast staff was also top-notch. Pretty much everything about our stay was close to perfect- we joked about the fact that we had no complaints except the butter was too cold to spread on our waffles and we struggled to figure out the shower controls. We were saddened to discover there's only one Ayers hotel in our home state of Washington.

Cons:

nothing of consequence (no fancy chocolates on our pillows)
