Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Carlsbad Beach.

We especially loved the spacious room and bathroom, and the made-to-order breakfast omelet was absolutely delicious!

We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Carlsbad.

Pros:

Very clean, large quiet room with high end furnishings and a couch that makes into a bed. Friendly staff, and Carl was a real pleasure to deal with. There is plenty of parking. Great breakfast with made to order omelettes and excellent coffee. Small pool and hot tub. Excellent house keeping. Very close to Lego land so there are kids but seating is available outside which is quieter. Near everything north county has to offer, about 15 to 20 minutes to the beach. I highly recommend.

We had a nice stay. We were comfortable and would consider coming back.
Pros:

The facility was overall clean and had really nice decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was great and had many choices. Housekeeping was always available and friendly. The girls loved the large tub for bubble baths.

Cons:

Room carpet could use a little washing. Girls feet were dirty after running around without shoes.

My stay here was beyond what I was expecting , specially if you have children.
Pros:

I liked everything specially the customer service. Everyone is so helpful. I was able to buy popsicles to help beat the heat and keep them in the kitchen freezer

I’m actually still staying at this hotel, but I love it so much that I simply couldn’t wait until I leave to share a few words of appreciation! ❤️

This hotel is absolutely adorable, cozy, beautiful, and incredibly clean. Everything smells so fresh and nice, and the atmosphere is just wonderful. You can truly feel how much care and attention goes into keeping this place so lovely.

The pool and jacuzzi are also spotlessly clean, and the water is so clear and inviting. 🥰

And I have to mention the staff — they are absolutely the sweetest! Everyone is so friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful. They make you feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.

I stay at hotels quite often, but not every place leaves such a wonderful impression on me. That’s why I wanted to write this review while I’m still here — I simply couldn’t hold back my appreciation!

One more thing I really want to say: please don’t change your pricing policy! It is absolutely wonderful to be able to enjoy such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel at such a reasonable price. It makes this experience even more special. ❤️

Wonderful clean and relaxing hotel!!
Pros:

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast. We loved the outside seating area and evening pizza and drinks were a great bonus! We would definitely stay here again!
