A great stay near Legoland
Pros:

This was among the cleanest properties I've ever stayed at, and that includes five-star, luxury hotels around the world. The free breakfast is one of the best you'll find anywhere. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with my son.

Cons:

The lighting in our room wasn't particularly well thought out--too bright in some places and too dark in others. The bathroom was very clean but very basic. The convenience store setup in the lobby was a nightmare to navigate with a snack-loving 5yo boy.

Good Staycation Location and Hotel
Pros:

I liked the location, the hotel room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and good. I overall liked my stay while visiting San Diego.

Cons:

I would say the shower head is not my favorite but other than that everything else was great.

Best place to stay in town
Pros:

Best hotel we have stayed at in our visits to San Marcos. Wonderful friendly staff and great breakfast offerings. Will stay here again when we come to visit family.

En general el hotel está súper, buen desayuno, el gym, la limpieza y el personal muy amable.
Está cerca de todo y es fácil de moverse desde ahí.

Cons:

Las camas no nos gustaron, personalmente son muy aguadas y no pude dormir bien las 2 noches que estuve, amanecía muy cansado y agotado. Quizás porque los colchones son muy aguados, si tuvieran unos más fuertes sería un hotel 10/10, pero esta vez me toca darle un 8/10. Esperando mejoría en una quizá, próxima estancia.

Amazing hotel that lived up to the 9+ ratings.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and great quiet area. Comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast was typical for nice hotels. Long line for omelettes but nice to have scrambled eggs for the option to not have to wait. Staff was amazing throughout the entire stay and dog friendly with a low fee that covered the entire stay which is hard to find nowadays.

Cons:

Maybe a recycling option and another trash can in the room? That's just being picky though. It would be nice if the prices could compete with booking sites so we can extend our stay easier.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with fabulous staff. Food is very good and the small pool and hot tub were fun.
Pros:

Staff is exceptional, especially Ambrose and Jayelin. Facility is comfortable with a beautiful room. Great location. Breakfast and bar were very good!

Wish I could visit more often!
