A clean, friendly stay with good staff, but ongoing communication issues and design choices that didn’t justify the pric
Pros:

-The staff on site were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional.

-The room was clean, and the property overall felt well maintained.

-A couple of minor room issues came up, but they were addressed quickly.

-The general manager followed up with a very kind and professional email once I reached out, and the billing issue was ultimately resolved.

Cons:

-Communication was the main issue during my stay. I was double-charged and had to discover the error myself. Attempts to reach the hotel during travel layovers went unanswered, despite being told someone would call me back.

-There were a few other moments where communication felt lacking, which was frustrating, especially while traveling internationally.

-There is no coffee or tea in the room; you have to go downstairs for it. There are no closets just a few hooks on the wall.

-While the hotel presents as upscale, the experience felt more like innovation for innovation’s sake rather than being designed with guest comfort in mind. For the price, the layout and amenities left something to be desired.

Pros:

Employes were 10 outta 10 . So helpful and pleasant. The room was small but bed was very comfortable.
I have told everyone how every single person went above to help. The breakfast was good and Crystal offered to heat if not warm. She actually made my pancakes.
Wish I could remember all their names. The shuttle was fast to arrive and the gentelman driving so pleasant. Loaded our luggage and unloaded by our car.
I am happy to give review and give highest rateing. Definitely will stay again and we parked our car while traveling which was easy to register.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Clean, great breakfast and close to a lot of attractions!
