It was in a nice spot for a cheap stay
We walked in and they asked if we still wanted to stay due to some rooms not having power but we didn’t have a choice since we had a tournament that weekend. We went to our room and no power in the bathroom and they didn’t offer a discount or a different room or anything. Also no elevator and breakfast was sub par.
It was easy to access an close to the interstate. Centrally located, and although very close to the airport, was very quiet. Dog friendly with ample space for dogs to walk around and go potty. I would stay here again when I return to Columbus, Ohio!

Our teams windows got smashed out only to find out from staff that this is a recurring issue… they stated their cars have been broken into several times. The staff had cards to hand out to people for glass repair. I called for early check in the day before was told that was fine traveled all the way from Michigan to be told there were no rooms available for 2 hours. I had to ask her to call the cleaning people to see if was actually going to be 2 hours or if one would be available at any time sooner. The bed has a platform around the mattress that looks like it has not been vacuumed out since it was put together.
The Staff were very helpful and went over and beyond; letting us check in early since we got there way earlier than we expected. Staff would go outside to just check on cars; which helped me feel safer as well.

-The staff on site were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional.
-The room was clean, and the property overall felt well maintained.
-A couple of minor room issues came up, but they were addressed quickly.
-The general manager followed up with a very kind and professional email once I reached out, and the billing issue was ultimately resolved.
-Communication was the main issue during my stay. I was double-charged and had to discover the error myself. Attempts to reach the hotel during travel layovers went unanswered, despite being told someone would call me back.
-There were a few other moments where communication felt lacking, which was frustrating, especially while traveling internationally.
-There is no coffee or tea in the room; you have to go downstairs for it. There are no closets just a few hooks on the wall.
-While the hotel presents as upscale, the experience felt more like innovation for innovation’s sake rather than being designed with guest comfort in mind. For the price, the layout and amenities left something to be desired.
