Shady theft of Hilton points
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Pretty good self-service breakfast. Unlimited coffee. Lobby seating is more comfortable than my room, for settling down with a good book.

Cons:

There were lights in my room that I never figured out how to use. The shower seems to be designed to flood the entire bathroom floor.

The motorized window shades quit working, in the blackout position, so I was left in semi-darkness sue to the lighting mentioned above.

Both booking.com and Hilton should be ashamed of themselves for hiding the fact that I won't get my Hilton points because I booked through booking.com. There should be warnings about that prominently displayed. Buyer beware!

Clean rooms with good breakfast.
Pros:

The front desk was very nice. They gave us extra pillows when we asked.

Cons:

It was in a good location. The first day I worked from my hotel room I was able to run out and get lunch pretty easy. It was close to our venue for our event. There was a police car in the parking lot when we returned. I’m not sure why the officer was there, but he was sitting in his car watching the cars come in. We stayed for a concert and arrived back at the hotel at around 1 AM.

Great stay! Appreciated the shuttle from the airport for my spouse.
Pros:

No carpeting in the room and great shower!

Cons:

The lobby was not air conditioned.

Overall a very nice stay.
Pros:

I liked the room decor. Lots of available outlets and USB ports.

Cons:

The height of the soap and conditioner in the shower was ridiculously high. My 4'10" 27 year old daughter could not reach them and did not appreciate a parent having to enter the bathroom to get soap and shampoo for her. Young kids certainly would not be able to reach. What were you thinking, Hilton design staff??

Loved the staff.
Pros:

The staff are super friendly especially Miss Crystal she was a delight. It was clean, decorated well and very convenient.

Cons:

The parking wasn't terrible but I think could have been a little better.

Our stay had goods and bads.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The welcome screen on the TV was cute. I liked having a 24 hour snack bar and a pool table in the lobby. Parking was free. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Our door’s deadbolt didn’t work. You could hear other people going in and out of their doors all night and it was so loud it sounded like they were trying to open your door. The heating system was loud and it made it hard to sleep. The floor in the one elevator was sticky. Breakfast only lasts until 9:30.

Would definitely stay at a true hotel again.
Cons:

A bathtub in the room would be nice. Front desk staff could be more welcoming and not looking at her phone.
