Amazing stay, we loved it, would love to come back!
Pros:

The facility is amazing, thanks to the hot springs, pools and everything is warm, not too hot, but warm, the facilities are clean, staff is friendly, helpful, rooms are larger, bed is big and comfortable, has AC, sometimes a jacuzzi inside, its in the shower, very cool. Sauna, massage available. The breakfast is small but ok, the restaurant has amazing, tasty food, the bar nice good cocktails

Cons:

The only issue maybe is, you should have a car, or if local, use the moto taxis, you need to get around, that is the best way. The weather can be tricky in the mountains, it rains a lot, and then heavily.

Muy lindo y bueno pero deja desear mas agua para las infusiones o cafesito.

El desayuno muy bueno
El tiempo muy apropiado
El servicio excelente

Cons:

En cuanto al restaurante pienso que pudieran brindar mejor servicio cuando se piden infusiones o café, porque dan una tacita de agua y seria mejor una teterita que permita servirse un poquito mas de "Agua", es agua.

Naturaleza reparadora
Pros:

Instalaciones increíbles en un espacio de naturaleza y confort únicos. Los caballos y ponys, en áreas tan amplias que parecieran estar sueltos en la naturaleza. Las aguas termales otra exquisites.
Y por supuesto, las delicias de la gastronomía cajamarquina!! ❤️

Comedor pequeño para el tamaño del hotel.

No es un hotel spa
Pros:

El hotel ya no es lo que era antes. Dudo que el agua de las piscinas y de las bañeras sean termales.
