Room with carpet. Overall in strong need of renovation. The square meter information is inaccurate. Service is mediocre. The restaurant is so-so. Breakfast is okay, but not 4-star quality. It’s not even possible to order a machine-made coffee.
What is good: Great outdoor facilities and pool.
Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is not right. Not worthy of 4 stars.

The facility is amazing, thanks to the hot springs, pools and everything is warm, not too hot, but warm, the facilities are clean, staff is friendly, helpful, rooms are larger, bed is big and comfortable, has AC, sometimes a jacuzzi inside, its in the shower, very cool. Sauna, massage available. The breakfast is small but ok, the restaurant has amazing, tasty food, the bar nice good cocktails
The only issue maybe is, you should have a car, or if local, use the moto taxis, you need to get around, that is the best way. The weather can be tricky in the mountains, it rains a lot, and then heavily.
