Location
The breakfast was better than most with a wide variety of choices and ample portions. The location was ideal as our event took place at the Diamond Arena. It is close enough to walk to yet far enough away to avoid the noise.
Upon check in we were told that a charge of $40.00 per room for "incidentals" would be charged to my credit card. The fee would cover the $10.00 per night per room parking fee or any other items charged to our rooms. We charged no items to our rooms so the only fees we were responsible for was $40.00 total for the two room for two nights to park our cars. When I checked my credit card charges at home on 5/20/2025 and found both rooms were charged $90.00 for incidentals with charges "pending". I called the hotel and spoke to Melanie M. She checked the charges and agreed that the charges were incorrect but gave me a mind numbing explanation of what transpired. She said she would correct the problem. The following day credits were issued to my card but not in the full amount of the overcharge. I called Melanie again and explained why the new charges were still incorrect. She gave me more complicated reasoning she then offered to transferred my call to the General Manager Rashad Shipman. I explained the issue to Rashad and after some investigation he agreed that I was over charged, would correct the credit amount and would drop the $40.00 in parking fees for my troubles. I thanked him and added I would be watching for the changes to my account. The following day the credit card charges moved from "pending" to "posted" and although changes were made the amounts were still incorrect. Again I called the hotel and asked to speak to Rashad. I was told he was out and my call was transferred to Ananda Khamphasithivong, the front office manager. Ananda reviewed the account and agreed the charges were incorrect and would credit my credit card account appropriately. By the end of that day, Friday the credits were posted correctly.
The entire staff were very helpful and kind, the rooms are spacious and clean. Amazing location and EV chargers available.
The breakfast had limited options and ran out of everything early on a Saturday morning.
I visited Glendale for a week during Christmas and chose this property based on other reviews. The area was well lit and not crowded or noisy. It was tastefully decorated and very welcoming. The staff was very friendly during every encounter and offered suggestions for dining based on what we stated we wanted. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and just enough night life. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping was always courteous and available. Free breakfast was available which is always a plus and having a laundry area definitely met our needs. There is a cute little bar area that provided just the right ambiance. I am looking forward to visiting the area again soon and staying at the TownePlace Suites Glendale. It was an excellent choice at an excellent value.
Central location
Me and my wife stayed here recently and boy can I say it was a very pleasant stay! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed. Alan behind the front desk was extremely informative on the amenities and the area and recommended us a good local restaurant to eat at for dinner which did turn out to be very good! The hotel was very clean (looked brand new) and our room was nice and cozy. We didn’t utilize our full kitchen in the room but it was nice that they had that. Also, the breakfast/coffee in the morning was phenomenal. Overall great location, nice hotel, amazing staff, and a pleasant stay, all around. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time!

The water pressure was low. And they charge $10.00 per day to park your car.
The room was very clean and spacious (2 queen bed room) . Not a bad walk to Westgate and the outlets. Would stay again.
