A lovely stay and enjoyable introduction to Taiwan!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the mix of Taiwanese and western options. Time didn’t allow but we would have loved to try the baths.
We were ever so grateful for the upgrade to a higher floor and corner room. The views were terrific. The beds and pillows were also super comfy.

Cons:

No real complaints. Perhaps just a few more yogurt options.

スタッフさんの応対良く快適でした
Pros:

日本人スタッフの女性の方が、日本語マップやオススメのお店を教えてくださり、とても応対もよく、行ったお店もどれも美味しかったです。
他のスタッフの方も、皆さん応対よくて快適でした。
また立地がよくタクシー移動にも便利て、大浴場が混み合うこともありましたが、ゆっくり足伸ばしてお風呂に入れるのも良かったです。

Cons:

トイレの一部が透けてて、音が聞こえやすいのが残念でした。音姫があると嬉しいです。

楽しい旅でした
Pros:

スタッフが大変親切。近くのレストランの相談も、丁寧に教えてくれました。
期待していた2Fのラウンジは閉鎖中ということで残念でしたが、大浴場と同じフロアに仮ラウンジを開設してくれており、そういった心遣いが大変ありがたかったです。

Pros:

Good location with proximity to everywhere;
Hotel room is well designed and room is spacious!

Cons:

Temporary lounge at 17F is too small and air ventilation is not good;
Construction work at back of hotel is unexpected and room view is blocked;
No gym facilities at hotel is a bit disappointing;

Pros:

駅からとても近いところ。
日本語が通じる。
大浴場がとても綺麗で満足しました。

Cons:

湿気が多いのかタイルのところをスリッパで歩くとペタペタとなりましたが気にするような事ではありませんでした。

Pros:

Close to MRT station. Room is quite big and very comfortable bed. Staff are so polite and helpful.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a bath tub in the room (there was only a shower in the room) but I enjoyed the public bath on the top floor.
