comfortable hotel, nice tree lined area, away from tourist fray
Pros:

Nice rooms and common areas, all that I would expect from Mitsui Hotels. Great location just a few steps from exit 3 of the MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng station (blue and orange lines), bus stops in front of the hotel, nice tree lined neighborhood. Good power and USB outlets located next to beds, Mini fridge. Staff were helpful and courteous, housekeeping amazingly efficient! Some construction next door, which the hotel disclosed, but the noise was not intrusive.

Cons:

No onsite coin laundry facilities, even though there was a 'laundry' sign on the second floor, but there was a coin laundry in the neighborhood about a 4 minute walk away. Immediate area has a few convenience stores, cafes, but not much for tourists. Nearest grocery store was about a 10 minute walk away (which can feel much longer during the hot summer and even longer carrying groceries). It was nice to have a second floor lounge with free coffee/tea/bottled water, but there was often a line and elevator traffic seemed to bottle neck at both the first and second floors. It seems like it would make more sense to offer filtered water stations on each or most floors, since drinking tap water is not always recommended in Taiwan.

my favorite hotel in taipei, will for sure stay here again when I am in town
Pros:

The staffs are the best, they are so friendly, attentive and helpful in every possible ways, feels liks in Japan! I had stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time it was amazing experience. The rooms are spotless, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Also, I love the onsen, to unwind after a long day or to start a new day fresh. Location is also unbeatable, matro station next to the hotel, various bus lines right in front of the doors.

Cons:

Nothing, everything is perfect.

久しぶりの台湾ここにしてよかった！
Pros:

大浴場があり、旅行で疲れた身体を休めるのに快適。高齢の母もつれていったので、とても喜んでました。3人部屋を利用したが、ちょうどいい大きさでつかいやすかった。

MRTの駅（忠孝新生駅）がすぐそばにあり、そしてバス停にも近くアクセスがいいのがよかった。

スタッフの方もとても感じがよく、日本人スタッフだけでなく、台湾人スタッフの方も、予約していたアクティビティの予約確認を手伝ってくださったり、大変助かりました。

特に思い当たらない。
