Incredible hotel, memorably great staff but BEWARE CONSTRUCTION (in 2026 at least)
Pros:

The staff were the very best part of this fine hotel. They were first rate professionals in every respect. Brady was a particular standout. He went above and beyond to change our room, and his outstanding English, clever problem solving, and big smile were memorable. Emily was memorably great as well.

The breakfast was excellent, the onsen was great, and the location can’t be beat.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic except for the construction starting in back of the hotel in spring 2026. It look like it will take a very long time to complete. Rooms on the front side of the building will not be affected by the construction though.

女性大浴場のドライヤー付洗面の席数が、浴場の広さに対して少なく狭いので、ドライヤー使用する方で混雑してました。増やした方が良いと思います。

海外にも日本マインドを持つホテルがありました
Pros:

出迎えして頂いたスタッフが親切で的確な対応でした．お部屋も毎日清潔に掃除も行き届く満足でした．ペットボトルの追加も。朝食もバラエティに富み満足でした。

Pros:

Staff - best in Taipei. Very helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Restaurant. Modern rooms. Close to a MTR station and convenience stores.

Cons:

A pity there where works the side my room was facing - it was not very loud, but the cabin of the crane was at the same height as my window...and they started at 8 AM.
