Jacuzzi bath didn’t work, sofa bed was uncomfortable and lots of noise from the hospital and bars

Had an absolutely terrible time over car parking on my second stay. My first stay which ended on the a Saturday morning had 2 nights last minute parking added, so on my return on the Monday I added parking via the chat as the app wasnt allowing me to add it , the money waa taken from my card that morning by the person that added the parking for me . On arriving that evening I went to the apartment to collect the car park pass as I was told to do only to find it wasn't there ! I found a cleaner who spoke no English but he phoned a Sonder rep who informed me over the phone that they wouldn't be providing parking anymore. Was told id be refunded, no solution to where I was to park other than street parking at $4 an hour. Then the card I had supplied to pay for the car parking that morning was charged the apartment cost as I was trying to sort the car park issue out , even though I had paid the full amount to booking.com the start of this year. I lost nearly 2 hours of my last night in Nashville messaging Sonder by chat in their app waiting on slow replies and the stress was horrendous as to where to park and having money I had wished to use on my holiday being taken to pay for an already paid in full apathetic. The Sonder app was showing add parking even after I was told they was not doing parking anymore yet wasn't that morning !
I got a refund for car park and apartment but 4 days after this all happened

We'd been told there would be a garage pass, but there wasn't. Apparently, the previous guest took it with them, so we had to keep paying every time we went out in the car. And a minor thing that let down the presentation - the lounge curtains were about two feet too long, so there was a heap of excess material lying on the floor!

Très impersonnel, personne sur le site pendant le séjour. Malgré les instructions envoyées par Sonder l'accès à l'appartement n'est pas très intuitif !! Le parking devait être réservé mais la carte d'accès introuvable dans l'appartement, pas très grave car avec le ticket public on obtient le même tarif.

La aplicación, el día anterior al check in, mostraba una contraseña y el día del check in otra, que era incorrecta. Una vez dentro, echamos en falta filtros para poder usar la máquina de café. Finalmente se solventó todo.

Absolutely nothing!

No flexibility at all. No people to ask anything for. Everything done through an app where it can take 30 minutes for a response. 3 towels for 4 people, one roll of TP for 3 nights. Had to wait an hour for someone to drop off. To then find out there is an essential closet we go get things ourselves. Extra charge to check in earlier and parking. Must be done before you arrive!

Their were a lot of damages to the apartment. Just on the kitchen counter there were 2 decent size chips, what looked like gum on the wall, dried and hard next to bed, tub was way too high. I'm handicapped and it was difficult to take a shower. The shower bar was damaged and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, the tub spout was loose, dryer door wouldn't stay open and when you get clothes from washer to put into dryer you would hit your head on dryer door. The quality of the toilet paper was terrible, no kitchen towels. These are just a few things - if I was the owner I would go through each unit and fix what is wrong..also at this price parking should be included. I have never stayed at a place and had to pay for parking before- has always been included. I did appreciate the customer service person I talked to gave us a free nigjt of parking because this was made clean when my wife originally booked the apartment. Also big issue was NO CART to take luggage up to our apartment. Being older and disabled made this very difficult with 5 or 6 trips.

We wished there is a swimming pool

The bed was not comfortable. It had a slatted bed base with a mattress which wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on and it was very creaky.
