very nice would do it again
Pros:

maria was so nice and the pool

Cons:

they never cleaned our room, they didn’t give us toilet paper and face towels and the bathroom was flooded because the shower didn’t have a curtain. But the worst thing was Christoph the security guard. He slept all night and let in people who tried to follow us into our room.

Perfetto per un soggiorno a Malia. In pieno centro, ma non al punto di non poter dormire per la musica dei locali.
L'hotel ha un parcheggio con ingresso da dietro, molto comodo, ma anche piccolo. Questo però non é un problema perché se non c'è spazio si può parcheggiare subito fuori sulla strada. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa. Con ingresso dalla piscina e affaccio del balconcino sulla strada principale. Ci é piaciuto moltissimo questo. La receptionist Maria é sempre stata attenta e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste, aiutandoci anche a prenotare un fantastico ristorante ad Hersonissos. In generale é andato tutto alla grande. Malia ed Ilios hotel ci sono rimaste nel cuore. Spero di ritornarci.

W hotelu nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Informacje o kradzieżach oraz wchodzenie serwisu sprzątającego do pokoju bez uprzedzenia nie wpływał na komfort wypoczynku. Dodatkowo nocne hałasy i wrzaski wpływały na dyskomfort pobytu.

Συστήνω αυτό το ξενοδοχείο! 20/10 Ευχαριστώ ιδιαίτερα τη Μαρία και την ομάδα της που ήταν υπέροχοι γιατί είχα ένα ατύχημα αν επιστρέψω στα Μάλια θα ξαναπάω κατευθείαν στο Ήλιος!!
