Wonderful view from our bay window onto the coastline and beach.
Newquay was a pleasant surprise. The Boathouse, harbour waterfront, offers street food from a collection small enterprises delivered to the table with a pleasant view. Went several times. The owner is very engaged and lives on site. Staff are very committed.
Location, proximity to the beach/restaurants. We were given a lovely sea view room. I was lucky with the parking too, managed to park on the property drive for the stay so no additional parking costs
This place reminded me of the old bed and breakfasts that my parents used to find for us to stay at while driving around. Beautiful guest house. Breakfast included. Was able to walk to the train station. Very close to town. The farmers market right across the street on the Saturday. The staff was great.

This hotel is very clean and has ceiling fans, which are great for the summer. It’s located very close to the beach—less than a 5-minute walk away. Margaret, the owner, is extremely lovely and friendly, and her son is just as friendly and great to talk to.

First of all I feel like a home. Very clean room,toilet,bed sheet basically everything. Breakfast was served freshly cooked. The host lady was very attentive towards her guest. She asked her every guest if we all are ok with everything. Overall it was excellent stay at this guest house. I will definitely recommand this guest house to everyone who visit to Newquay.
We were in 2nd floor at guest house and I found little bit difficult to carry a heavy luggage and bags to carry upstairs. We can't find car park in front of hotel thats why we have to park our car little bit futher from the address.
