Wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay, I'm only disappointed that it was just for the 1 night! The accommodation was very clean and nicely decorated and the view from our room was beautiful! The room was very quiet, we only slightly heard the room next door to us as they entered/exited and it wasn't any issue. I found the bed very comfortable although my partner found the pillows too soft for his preference. Breakfast was delicious, we both had a full English and the location was fantastic for getting to the beach. We parked in the long stay car park but actually the parking immediately outside the accommodation wasn't too bad, there were several occasions where we saw space available - it would just be luck of the draw whether you manage to get a space there or not.

An extremely pleasant last minute holiday, would happily return to Minerva.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast - so much choice catered for every need.
The food was cooked individually for each person and it arrived at the table piping hot - fantastic!
The location was fabulous, near to the town and the beaches. An added bonus was being able to park in front of the guest house - wonderful experience altogether.
The staff were very friendly, approachable, well informed and helpful.

Cons:

Can’t think of one thing - even the weather was perfect.

Amazing and would 100% return
Pros:

Location was perfect, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was nice and comfortable although travelling with 2 teenagers we were a bit on top of each other.
Overall a fantastic stay, would highly recommend.

Cons:

The absolute only thing I would say is that the drain in the bathroom was a bit smelly at times.

Pros:

Spotlessly clean, comfortable guest house. Very spacious family room. Well-located in central Newquay. Efficient and friendly staff. Quite a few of the other guests were repeat/regular guests - always a good sign. Decent breakfast included in price - very good value for money. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Minerva Guest House! 😊

Cons:

Can be tricky to park outside the guesthouse because its a popular central area but that's to be expected and really wasn't an issue - there are plenty of car parks nearby.

Fab!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was tastefully decorated & spotlessly clean. We had to leave early on our last day, but Margaret, the owner, was more than happy to give us an early breakfast.

Cons:

If I had to be picky, I would say it was hard to get the shower to stay at a set temperature & it could be more powerful, but this wouldn't put us off from staying again.
