Location is great! Staff were nice.
Old decor, needs renovating! The smell from the carpets, is something we picked up as soon as we walked in. The smell was the same in the rooms and bedding clearly hadn’t been dried as it smelt of damp. Also the breakfast, wasn’t great! A young family bought their own Nutella as the hotel didn’t have any! No proper coffee or selection of coffees and cooked breakfast wasn’t great either. The hotel/B&B wasn’t cheap, booking.com tells me ‘we’re in luck’ when booking it as it’s never available, so we expected more, or a better!

Perfect location with a lovely spacious room for a family of four. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted with our requests in a very friendly manner. The breakfast options were great too.
What a gem! For the price it far exceeded my expectations! Had everything one needs. Staff lovely. We'll be back!

Das Hotel war leider nicht besonders sauber. Wir mussten mehrfach darum bitten, dass unser Zimmer gereinigt wird, und selbst dann wurde nur das gemacht, worauf wir ausdrücklich hingewiesen haben. Zudem kam nicht täglich jemand zur Reinigung. Obwohl wir um frische Handtücher gebeten hatten, wurden diese nicht ausgetauscht, da sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und dem Service daher nicht zufrieden.
The views and location were great so easy to get around. very well organised. the breakfast was lovely and catered to my veggie partner :) the lady who seen to us was so so lovely and was so helpful it was just the best

Location and staff
Room was on the small side. Location was brilliant. Breakfast was ok. We realise that it was peak season, so was more expensive, but the images online implied a more modern hotel.
Room was clean but a little tired.
The room is clean and nice, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and overall I recommend this hotel to others.
I liked everything.
The B&B was fabulous: clean, cosy, welcoming and in a lovely setting. The property was spotless and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly atmosphere and overall feel of the place were lovely.
Our only slight negative was that we found some of the house rules and the way they were communicated a little strict. On arrival, we needed to bring a buggy to our room. As our child is autistic, the buggy is an important safe space, so we explained this and were allowed to bring it up, although it did feel a little uncomfortable having to justify it.
Later, after being out at the fete, we brought some drinks back to enjoy in our room and were asked to drink some before coming inside in case of spills. We completely understand wanting to protect the property, but on this occasion we felt a little over-managed, which was slightly awkward as adults in our 40s.
We had a balcony room which had a fantastic sea view. The property was spotlessly clean and the breakfast had varied choices. Margaret and all her staff made sure every guest felt welcome and had everything they needed. I really can’t recommend enough.

Location was perfect. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.
No chairs in room, no dressing table. This didnt spoil our stay.
