Really friendly staff, super central location and beautiful rooms

The staff were awesome, especially Trisia! She was so welcoming and lovely and made our stay so memorable.

The hotel is centrally located in Mykonos, right in front of the bus stop, which was extremely convenient since buses are the best way to explore nearby places in Greece. Supermarkets and restaurants were also within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and worth the price. Trisha, the host, was very kind and helpful — she guided us on the best places to visit and eat in Mykonos. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This was a lovely stay, a really nice convenient location right in the middle of Mykonos town, right next to the main bus stop as well so very easy access to public transport. Trisia was so lovely, very good communication skills and easy to reach at all times if I needed any help.

The hotel is ideally located. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.There are restaurants below and all around it. It is less than 5 minutes walk to some of the iconic spots at Mykonos for example the wind mills are less than 5 minutes away. I was travelling solo but I felt completely safe and happy with the room, it was very clean, and had a view of the sea.
But most of all, the staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you very much Trisia

There front desk is not open all day, so you do need to let them know when you arrive. But they are very good with texting you and keeping in touch with you if you need anything.
Overall I would say ver nice location, very clean and safe and lovely staff.

The location was great. Loved how you could get a bus / taxi right outside and easily walk into town. The staff were exceptional with everything from organising our bags to be carried up stairs to recommendations

Wir waren eine Woche lang im Hotel Galation und rundum zufrieden! Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend – die Zimmer wurden täglich sauber gemacht, das Bett liebevoll gerichtet und frische Handtücher lagen immer bereit. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Zuverlässigkeit des Teams: Sowohl die Reinigungskräfte als auch das Personal an der Rezeption waren jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist angenehm ruhig und entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel Galation nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The hotel is so beautiful and very well located. The room was so comfortable with the best of the views from its terrace.

We had booked for one night prior to flying from Mykonos the next day however we were caught out by a ferry disruption which meant that we did not arrive until 01.30 in the morning. The hotel booked us a shuttle from the ferry which delivered us to the hotel as quickly as possible. Checking was super easy and we were offered an extension to our check out time given the late arrival.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable and convenient being just off Fabrika Square (near the bus station). the staff were all fantastic and extremely helpful.

Le personnel était serviable et sympathique, il nous a conseillé sur les lieux à visiter etc ce qui a été une grande aide dans notre séjour. L’emplacement est au centre à côté de la station de bus et de taxi donc pratique pour les déplacements.

Location to popular destinations, proximity to the bus station & the convenience of having restaurants downstairs and around that close very late. The staff was incredible; especially Trisha. She went above and beyond for our experience.
