Absolutely amazing stay. Very big room and very comfy bed. There is absolutely everything what you need. Very tasty breakfast and good location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Definitely i will go again and stay in the same hotel.

The location was very good and the staff were very pleasant
The bathroom stank like an ashtray, and the smell moved to the room eventually, really horrible. Staff came up to try and air the room out and gave me an airfreshner. Nothing else to be done. The smell remained in the bathroom and was very unpleasant. No actual shower, only a handheld shower head which made showering rather inconvenient. Not worth the money you pay and would not go back!

Clean and convenient for a one night stay in Faro

L’emplacement, le restaurant avec le jeune serveur Aoudo qui parle très bien le français et avec qui on a sympathisé ! 👍
La salle de bain :la douche bouchée la vitre de la chambre qu’on ne pouvait pas ouvrir et le bruit de la rue jusqu’à 2heures du matin !

Small and practical
Good location
Arrived to find the Aircon unit which turned on in the room was also broken - emitting a loud clunking fan noise. When I made the staff aware, they said there were no other room available.
It was late (8pm) and we had our 2 year old daughter with us so we couldn't leave, and so asked for some money back. The staff member gave me a full cash refund, only to then knock on the door at 10pm asking why we hadn't left yet.
I explained we never agreed to leave and only requested a refund for the Aircon issue. They then wouldn't leave until we gave them money that they had already offered us back - claiming they planned to re-sell the room so we either leave or give the money back.
We felt very unwelcome and the staff didn't seem to see any issues with no working Aircon in 32 degree heat in the middle of a city, in a room with Aircon advertised.
In the end we gave a portion of the refund back, to avoid the argumentative staff from waking our daughter.
A real shame, as we were already stressed from a cancelled flight and we're hoping for somewhere cool and welcoming to stay.
Lovely room. Large and spacious. Comfortable bed. Very clean room and ensuite. Great shower. Very good location - not too far from the airport, bus and train station. Close to the Marina,shops bars, restaurants,old town and places of interest. Pleasant and helpful staff and good food in hotel restaurant.
I didn't know that there were two Agua Ria hotels in Faro until asked by the taxi driver which one we were staying in which caused a slight temporary confusion when being picked up at the airport.
