The employees work there very friendly and helpful
We couldn't stay at the hotel for a single night because of the inaccessibility. My client was disabled. I requested booking.com for refund. Didn't get any reply yet.

The only topic I would like better is to converse in English better, staff English skills were minimal.

Nice people working there, room worth the price
At the reception poor english level, loud music early in the morning coming from other hotels ( at least in the weekend), pretty far from the centre if you don't like walking (i do).
