The hotel is greatly located inside Cali and is very comfortable. Additionally, the staff was helping during my stay whatever my questions or issues.
The restaurant is not fantastic but it is good and convenient.
Not many improvements to do. Maybe the room was a little dark - but its also a way to keep the heat out.

el servicio prestado por el personal es bueno . están muy atentos de lo que necesitas y nos solucionaron de forma efectiva el estacionamiento en el lugar
nos dieron una habitacion 209 donde se sentia un poco olor a humedad, y en la zona del jardin nos parecio de mal gusto que mientras estabamos comiendo algo te pasa la señora encargada del aseo barriendote por los lados casi tocandote los pies con la escoba.
