Astoria Hotel systematically overbooks and cancels confirmed reservations. They completely ignored my emails and phone calls. Reception couldn’t help and refused to connect me to a manager. They changed my booking to a different hotel nearby about 10 days before our stay. I didn't accept the offer to change hotels because I've seen rooms online available. Just two days before arrival, they cancelled my booking without warning or support.I had to rebook online at the same hotel, but the suite I originally reserved was “sold out.” The only rooms available at the same price were basic double rooms. Zero customer service and very disappointing. Stay away

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Möbel alle neu. Das Bett war angenehm.

Cons:

Das unsere Betten nicht gemacht wurden. Auch wurde nicht mal zwischendurch gesaugt. Am ersten Tag hatten wird ein schmutziges Handtuch.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und erholsam.

V tomto hotelu jsme strávili letošní zimní dovolenou a s výběrem jsme byli velmi spokojeni 👍🎉 Hotel na nás od prvního okamžiku působil velmi čistým a udržovaným dojmem, což je pro nás při cestování s rodinou vždy prioritou. Na pokojích i ve společných prostorách bylo vidět, že se o objekt někdo pečlivě stará, a díky tomu jsme se po celou dobu pobytu cítili velmi komfortně a útulně. Velkou pochvalu si zaslouží také veškerý personál, který byl nesmírně milý, ochotný a vždy připravený vyjít nám vstříc s úsměvem.

Velmi kladně hodnotíme také hotelovou kuchyni. Jídlo bylo chutné, poctivé a výběr byl dostatečný pro dospělé i pro našeho pětiletého syna. Po celodenním programu venku jsme se vždy těšili na dobrou večeři, která byla příjemnou tečkou za celým dnem. Gastronomie v hotelu Astoria rozhodně drží dobrý standard a přispívá k celkové pohodě z ubytování.

Největší předností hotelu je však jeho poloha. Astoria slouží jako perfektní výchozí bod pro výlety do okolí. My jsme hotel využívali hlavně jako základnu pro výpravy na Boží Dar a na Klínovec, kam je to jen pár minut cesty autem. Díky tomu jsme mohli trávit maximum času venku na sněhu a v přírodě, aniž bychom museli řešit dlouhé přejezdy.

Super schönes Hotel. Hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant, indem es bei Halbpension Frühstück und Abendessen gibt ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Man sitzt im verglastem Restaurant direkt neben einem Wasserfall. Wirklich schön. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Abendessen ist sehr abwechslungsreich lecker und frisch. Selbst ich als Vegetarierin habe immer etwas gefunden. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig.
