Disappointed
Cons:

I especially booked this hotel so that we could use the pool and it was closed throughout our stay. I also requested a late checkout as were we’re flying to the UK and this was denied.

Great place to stay with the extended family.
Pros:

Very clean. Very comfortable. Lobbey space for the family to get together. Suites were very nice & good size. Breakfast was good - lots of food and something for everyone. Used the pool 3 times. Valet was quick and efficient.

Cons:

No complaints!

Convenient hotel, rooms with enough space, clean and comfortable, swimming pool and gym available
Pros:

The small kitchen in the rooms allows guests to store and prepare some food, which is convenient. There is also a delivery service from a nearby market for an additional fee. Paid laundry machines are convenient for long stays.

Cons:

The malls and tourist attractions are not within walking distance. Getting around from the hotel is convenient only by car or bus. The breakfast becomes repetitive after a few days.

Pros:

L'accueil , la propreté des lieux se vie , le petit déjeuner tres variés servis dans deux secteurs ( donc moins de monde au meme endroit ).
La propreté des chambres , ainsi que les équipements des suites !

Cons:

Le canapé lit qui n'est que ressort , très inconfortable .

La piscine qui sert de bain pour certaines personnes , pas de douche avant , dans la piscine en tee shirt , un manque cruel de savoir vivre et de propreté . Pour compenser , une overdose de chlore . Il faut faire quelque chose , cest horrible !

Pros:

Comfortable room, clean, great staff, convenient snacks on ground floor, quick elevators, nice pool.

Cons:

It's a little off the beaten track for visiting main sites in Boston. We used the bus line and transferred to the T. But very little was within walking distance (<20 minutes).
