Great place to stay by the waterfront in Boston
Pros:

Great location near the waterfront with easy access to all of Boston from there I booked a suite so I could cook some meals myself,plenty of choice down at breakfast

Good place to stay for family vacation.
Pros:

Room setup and equipment was very good and highly recommend the setup (2 adults +2 kids). Full kitchen in the room allowed for preparing our own meals. Very responsive and helpful room service and hotel staff.

Cons:

The breakfasts were low quality. There were no vegetables at all (baked potatoes doesn't count). European hotels within the same prices range had much better breakfasts. Fortunately a grocery store was nearby.

Pros:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The valet service was consistently problematic: every time I needed to retrieve my car, there seemed to be a new issue, causing delays and frustration.

The breakfast experience was equally poor. Basic items such as coffee, waffles, and fruit were repeatedly left empty and were not replaced promptly. In addition, the trash bins were overflowing, leaving the breakfast area dirty and disorganized. This level of service did not meet my expectations.

Lovely Hotel, very convenient for cruise port.
Pros:

Very convenient for the Cruise port, we were able to easily walk with our cases.
The hotel overall was smart and clean.
Our room was very pleasant and very well equipped.
The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. We wished we’d been able to stay longer.
