It was a very good stay.
Pros:

The room was very nice. I loved having a full size frig and a stove.

Pros:

Large room with kitchen facilities, large bed and sitting/ dining area. Good standard of cleanliness.
Because of the kitchen diner we ate in room several times with food bought from deli supermarkets . You can order in as well ( Uber ,etc )
Pleasant staff , in particular one man, probably a manager, who chatted to me on a couple of occasions while we were there.
On the bus route for the City centre and South St transport hub ( bus stop on adjacent block )
About a 25 min walk to the City centre otherwise.
Laundry rooms on a couple of floors ,so did some washing before heading home .$ 3.00 wash ( brought some liquid with us ) $3.00 dryer . 2 x 45 min cycle so did while eating in at teatime

Cons:

It's a little out of the way for the City area and there's not much around on an evening It's a more commercial / business area to be fair, but we were usually in by 7 to 8 in the evening, so wasn't venturing out after dark.

Nice stay in Seaport region
Pros:

Everything was good, especially for breakfast, better than most of the hotels I stayed. The location was good, close to SL and other bus stations.

Overall great ! Not good breakfast though
Pros:

Room was great. Very spacious. Full size fridge. Stove. Toaster oven. Staff was great. Very helpful. We could text if we needed anything.

Cons:

Breakfast had chicken fajitas as the main course. No bacon or sausage or American cooked breakfast options.
Not near a lot of restaurants. Went to the one at 2 dry dock and it was not good.
No onsite parking. Had to pay 62&/night to valet

Great location for airport, conference centre, and exploring city.
Pros:

Clean and tidy, good facilities, good buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Should offer an option to not have your room cleaned every day (still cleaned room if “busy” sign was out) to help save the environment and workload.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable bed and great room size! Good breakfast too, very friendly staff

Cons:

Just a little far from the action, not too bad though if you don’t mind walking or calling an uber
