The hotel had a very good location for us—quiet and at the same time close to Seaport. The SL bus stop was 150 meters away, which takes you to South Station in 10 minutes. We mostly walked around. We even walked all the way to MIT and Harvard. The market was a bit far (Trader Joe's), but that wasn’t a problem for us. Our hotel room was very comfortable and functional. It had a nice view of the sea and Boston. There’s a laundromat 20 minutes away. Since we stayed for a long time, we did our laundry there. It would have been very expensive at the hotel. I can say that next time I’d prefer staying at this hotel.
Just breakfast. That is, there was no breakfast at the hotel for us. We only had breakfast at the hotel on the first day; the rest of the time, we prepared it ourselves in the room.
Staff was great, clean room with great access to Boston.

Everything was as expected
Stayed during the World Cup, great sized and very clean room. Good breakfast on offer, helpful staff which allowed us to check in early and nearby parking.
Not much in and around the seaport area, had to walk around 25 minutes into the city for transport links and bars etc.
Had a little issue with the electrical plug located in the bathroom that kept tripping which made it difficult to use the blow dryer and curler, and we know this is put a damper on a female’s day. 🤣 Well, Mr. Zak so kindly offered to search for an extension cord so that I could plug them in the hallway and use the hallway mirror as a temporary solution! Genius! Way to go above and beyond young man! I appreciate your efforts!
The location, the rooms were nice, bed comfy
The reception staff were extremely rude. I was charged an extra fee for a deposit kind of thing that they didn’t mention to me or my friends. After checking my bank account I came down stairs to ask why I was charged more than expected. They then began to speak aggressively and ganging up on me from behind the desk. I had 3 friends with me who assured me that she did not mention the additional fee and that it would be returned after my stay. So for them to accuse me of lying to them infuriated me and I felt extremely disrespected. I never review places but I feel this was needed.

We traveled to Boston to celebrate the country's 250th birthday and our 40th anniversary. Was pleasantly surprised at the hotel's updated decor. Everything was clean and the front desk staff was helpful. We were especially appreciative that there was a cold water dispenser in the breakfast area where we could get water to drink anytime we needed it, as well as coffee in the bar area 24 hours a day. Would definitely recommend
