Cons:

Comida do restaurante e serviço ( sala vazia e as funcionárias a falar uma com a outra, numa divisão à parte sem atender ninguém durante 30 mins).
Mudamos de quarto devido ao chuveiro estar sempre a pingar água. No segundo quarto a parede estava cheia de humidade e preta, bem como os cortinados estavam todos sujos.

Um refúgio calmo no Douro, ideal para descansar e relaxar.
Pros:

Vista muito bonita, valorizada por uma fantástica varanda no quarto. O quarto é muito funcional e esteticamente bastante apelativo. Facilidade de estacionamento, numa zona muito calma e sossegada. Pequeno-almoço variado, com alimentos frescos e de qualidade. O hotel dispõe ainda de uma pequena capela e de várias áreas de convívio, com um ambiente muito acolhedor. Relativamente ao spa, destacamos positivamente o jacuzzi e a piscina interior.

Cons:

Nas deslocações entre o quarto e o spa, foi possível sentir correntes de ar frio, que se tornaram algo desagradáveis. O banho turco encontrava-se em manutenção durante toda a estadia.

Jantar fraco.
Apesar do preço ser "acessível" quando comparado com a restauração no geral e do staff atencioso, a comida era de fraca qualidade e mal confecionada.

Procurávamos um lugar sossegado para descansar e foi o que encontramos aqui.
Zonas comuns super aconchegantes e com lareira ligada ainda melhor

Cons:

O facto dos corredores serem um pouco confusos e frios para chegar até ao quarto , visto estarmos alojados nos últimos quartos.
Chuveiro do quarto não tinha grande pressão e o duche não tinha apoio para os produtos de higiene mas é algo que poderão melhorar.
O pequeno almoço está divinal , no entanto as 7h30 ainda não estava aberto como era suposto
