Falta da real visão para a vista do rio Douro.
Pros:

Piscina exterior, e pequeno almoço bom salão muito bonito.

Cons:

O espaço não estava totalmente limpo..
Durante toda a noite,houve barulho de uns “motores” ou pelo menos parecia.
Spa muito pequeno para tanta gente hospedada.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Anlage an sich. Großzügig und Geschmackvoll.

Cons:

Das Hotel und speziell unser Zimmer war abgewohnt, das Mobiliar abgestoßen und in der Dusche Schimmelspuren.
Es war sicherlich mal ein schönes 5* Hotel ist aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Service hat nicht überzeugt, unverbindlich und unfreundlich kein Lächeln oder freundliches Wort.

Pros:

O hotel é lindo em cada detalhe, mistura história com conforto e luxo. O pequeno almoço é completo, inclusive com opções zero lactose, os quartos são espaçosos, móveis e roupa de cama de ótima qualidade e a vista é deslumbrante.

Cons:

Para utilizar a piscina coberta do spa é obrigatório usar touca e o hotel não comunica isto antes do check-in, deixando para comunicar somente no check-in e como a cidade é pequena, não é fácil de encontrar, o que resultou em não conseguirmos utilizar a piscina e isso nos deixou bastante chateados, sendo o único motivo de não darmos 5 estrelas para a estadia.
