Pros:

Excellent value for money. I had a massage, it was wonderful. The room was gorgeous, lots of space and the breakfast selection was great.

Pros:

La vue magnifique ,la cadre calme ,le côté bâtiment historique préservé,bonne literie .

Cons:

Certains éléments n’ont pas été à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles (rideau arraché ,frigo pas propre ,repas servi dans une assiette cassée,pudding servi avec boule de glace déjà fondue ).
La piscine intérieure peu profonde pour nager
Le sauna en maintenance (on n avait pas eu l’information )
Les jets du jacuzzi qui ne marchent pas tous .

Ikke helt det spa-ophold vi havde håbet.

Beliggenhed og pæne værelser.
Rigtig god massage!

Cons:

Spa var mørk og lyset var med sensorer, der hele tiden slukkede. Hammam virkede ikke, så der var reelt bare et boblebad og en alm. sauna. Restaurant menu var ok, men ikke længere som på tidligere fotos. Almindelig mad.

A vista magnífica do quarto, a piscina exterior e interior e o tamanho do quarto

Cons:

Cama com colchão duríssimo, sai da estadia com dores na coluna horrível tendo feito uma viagem horrível com dores de costas.as almofadas tbm não são nada confortáveis. Banho turco em manutenção há meses!! A recepção tbm não tem diferencial de um hotel 2 a 3 estrelas, não há atenção aos pormenores para um hotel 5 estrelas

O hotel, ambas as piscinas estavam altamente apetecíveis e muito boas de usufruir, o tempo assim permitiu. Foi mais uma boa estadia no Douro Scala. Os funcionários todos excelente, excepto o do restaurante que põe em causa toda a qualidade da equipa.

Cons:

Jantar, super mal atendidos pelo funcionário, muito arrogante, trocou pedidos, fez-nos esperar mais de um hora por um prato. Péssimo mesmo, mais anida porque somos clientes habituais e de outras vezes tinhamos excelentes referências do Douro Scala. Jantar imensamente caro para tão mau serviço.
