Great value and very family friendly.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the all inclusive offer. Room and bathroom size was very good. The location is great. The terasse and the playground outside are perfect for families with kids, as well as the indoor play room.
The salad and breakfast buffet was great.

Die Lage ist Zentral, man kann vieles zu fuss erreichen und viele andere Aktivitäten sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe +=1
Pros:

Familiäre Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit, gutes Essen und sehr nette Bedienung.

Cons:

Vielleicht den Teppichboden im Zimmer, aber sonst alles okay.

With the exception of the very uncomfortable mattresses (too soft, worn out), everything was great. Friendly staff, possibility to play billiards, great pool and spa included, great breakfast and solid dinner, large room, good hygiene..

Cons:

If you are not speaking German language avoid it to go there, the owner they don't won't to speak and help as to understand nothing in English( as we found out they speak and understand English).
We have book family room with balcony we have received room with out any balcony we have try to explain to the owner the situation and they start shouting to as.. Of course in german language... Witch is not professional way to talk to same guests witch they pay for their holiday (we don't staying for free)
Breakfast is same everyday no any options of toasted bread, omelette, bacon or anything hot just cold.
Dinner you have option for one soup, 2 main course to choose and one dessert.,nothing else in case you don't like it.
We been staying for new years and is nothing been special then other days just normal rush day for owners just eat and go...
Not any atmosphere to keep you in and feel like in holiday and celebrate...

This is nice clean place with good service however options for food are rather basic.
Pros:

the place is really clean, location at the town is really nice close to the little river, the owner of the place/manager responded to our request promptly before coming that we could use the family room for 3 people although booking allowed us to book it only for 2.
nice deserts after every meal

Cons:

the fact we’ve read on the hotel’s website the entrance to local wellness/sauna/ spa is included in the price but when we arrived we found out wellness was temporarily closed. We booked this place mainly for this but when we found it out we were little disappointed. Maybe if they have mentioned on their website they provide this option also to write that spa is only open during certain period of time, I would appreciate it.
During breakfast I would appreciate not only cold options but maybe some warm options too- omelette, porridge etc. Slight change in repertoire would help too. Also we’ve read on the hotel’s website they provide more options for dinner but for us it was only vegetarian or 1 meat option. I don’t prefer certain types of meat they serve but didn’t have a choice to have anything else. However when I mentioned the last day to them I wouldn’t like the pork to eat for the 3rd time in a row they offered us turkey meat.
