We were lucky to be in Room 401 which had a great view out to centraal and the canal boats. A fantastic location for walking everywhere!
The bathroom was a wet room, so just meant once we showered at night we put towels on floor to soak water up.

Terrible conditions, highly dissatisfied!
I stayed at this hotel in Amsterdam and left utterly disappointed. For the price charged, I expected at least a baseline level of comfort and hygiene, but the reality turned out to be an absolute nightmare.
Dirty Bedding: This is completely unacceptable. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, covered in various mysterious stains and marks. Getting into a bed like that felt deeply unsettling and unhygienic.
Bathroom Disaster: The sink is incredibly shallow and practically unusable—it is impossible to wash your face without splashing water absolutely everywhere. The shower is a massive headache on its own. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom floods entirely, turning the room into a puddle. It becomes impossible to use the toilet afterward because the floor is completely wet.
Suffocating Atmosphere: The windows cannot be opened for fresh air. The room feels terribly stuffy inside. Despite the presence of an air conditioner, it does not solve the issue at all—it merely circulates the same stale air around. To top it off, there is no basic air freshener provided.
This property falls severely short of basic sanitary and hospitality standards. I strongly advise looking for accommodation elsewhere if you do not want your trip to be ruined!
Very close to the Central Station on a major street. The hotel was quiet and the staff very helpful. I will stay again if I am in Amsterdam.

Toilet a little small
Lady on reception was friendly. Room was clean. Location great.
I left €20 on my bed, the cleaner on that day had taken it which i wasn’t happy about.
The staff were so friendly, always nice to have a warm welcome after travelling for over 30 hours! The hotel has an elevator which is handy, and in a great location, very close to central station. Room has a coffee machine.
To be expected the rooms were small, but for location, cleanliness and friendly staff make up for that 😊
L’emplacement était vraiment parfait. À côté de la gare. Il y avait un ascenseur bon point. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et prêt à vous aider.
Salle de bain un peu petite quand on est deux. La chambre aussi était assez petite. Le prix était un peu trop cher pour ce que c’était.
