Had a great stay as the deficiencies did not affect the overall comfort and the staff was excellent.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of items that covered a variety of likes.

Cons:

A little difficult to get to and the painting of walls and trim was poor. Finishing work in the bathrooms was not up to the standard of the excellent fixtures.

Liked the area the hotel was located
Pros:

Clean,
Easy to get to
Breakfast was good

Cons:

Unfortunately the Tv didn’t work for an entire day( tough because my husband wanted to watch hockey playoffs)

It was clean

Cons:

The window blind did not lower enough to stop light coming in because it was too short and the air conditioner was in the way of the blind being lowered.. This meant that pillows had to be placed along the sill to try and reduce light coming in. Poor design

Not my favourite place.
Pros:

Good breakfast as always with Holiday Inn. Friendly staff.

Cons:

For a newer building, its showing lots of wear and tear. My room could have used a full paint job and so could all the common areas. This hotel definitely caters to hockey teams first and foremost. Hard to avoid or escape them when they are there. Kids playing hallway hockey from early hours. I went to breakfast at 6:30 to avoid them but instead the entire team was there jamming things up…..
