Very convenient for the rooftop bar
Pros:

The room was large in size and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s very dark, the lighting is too dim and the bathroom mirror had no light over it, it was very hard to do makeup

Pros:

The QT in Auckland is simply exceptional. Stuff is incredibly efficient and very stylish. Room service is the fastest I have seen in years. Location is just perfect. Food is great. Bed is comfortable. I can't mention one bad thing about this place.

Overall pretty good
Pros:

Location and comfort

Cons:

That our room was not serviced on the Sunday
And also there was some sort of noise going on at the very early hours of the morning upstairs above us which was very irritating

We loved the property

Cons:

The room next to ours had a loud party all night there was over 10 people in the room singing loudly until 6am in the morning after the night manager threatened them the police would remove them if they didn’t stop and leave their room

Pros:

Very central to eateries, near the harbour which was lovely and clean! Also the staff allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room and gave us complimentary pastries as it was our honeymoon! Lovely indeed!

Exquisito hotel para un par de noches en Auckland
Pros:

el hotel está decorado espectacular!!! las habitaciones muy lindas y diferentes, el baño muy cómodo y moderno y el personal muy amable

Cons:

El valet parking es muy caro ($60 diarios) cuando al frente hay estacionamientos por $22, pero llegamos tarde, llovía y traíamos equipaje. El desayuno no estaba incluido y lo tomamos en el restaurante “Esther” que era a la carta muy bueno pero caro. Al baño le falta iluminación pero es muy lindo y tiene secador de pelo Dyson lo que se agradece.
La cama no la hacen bien, las sábanas quedan arrugadas y mal puestas al colchón lo que hace desagradable estar adentro y mucho más dormir…
El hotel está un poco retirado de los buenos restaurantes, más o menos a 15 minutos caminando

Great staff. Extremely disappointing room, terrible sleep and insane noise.
Pros:

It was my partners birthday - the staff left an amazing thoughtful note and sweet treat. Nothing bad to say about the staff, they were lovely.

Cons:

The room was SO LOUD. Could hear absolutely everything next door - there was a screaming toddler outside in the room next door and in the hallway (not a problem to have an upset child in a hotel but the walls were so thin). Sounded like the child was right next to me screaming in my ear. Couldn’t sleep, could hear every conversation, thing drop on the floor in the rooms around us. Did not feel private/luxurious or comfortable at all for the price point. Genuinely confused as to what soundproofing was installed or how the walls are built for there to be such little noise control between our room/the rooms around us/the hallway.

Stunning accommodation at the viaduct!
Pros:

We were given an upgrade from a standard King to a beautiful suite with Harbour views. As we were just staying one night for an event it was a lovely experience and very much appreciated. All the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Fabulous rooftop bar and dinner at Esther’s was incredible!
