Cons:

Reception staff were amazing but the head lady at breakfast was totally rude spoiled the stay. Left waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment to be seated then dropped menus no explanation as to buffet or menu 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tidy, comfortable and well decorated hotel. Unfortunately the faulty aircon let us down

Loves the bathrooms and hallways, beautiful.

Cons:

The aircon in our room wasn’t working when we first checked in and it took a few hours for it to be fixed. Luckily we had a dinner reservation and had to get out of our room because we wouldn’t have been able to stay in the room as it was so hot

Great staff, design and food!

Cons:

The lightswitch situation in the rooms is really weird - the sparky got too carried away with cool tech but it's functionally useless. Not light enough and not dark enough - it's just really weird. That's the only thing wrong and it's totally not a deal breaker. But I hope they get it sorted. Just chuck a couple old school lamps in there!

The room was large in size and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s very dark, the lighting is too dim and the bathroom mirror had no light over it, it was very hard to do makeup

Pros:

The QT in Auckland is simply exceptional. Stuff is incredibly efficient and very stylish. Room service is the fastest I have seen in years. Location is just perfect. Food is great. Bed is comfortable. I can't mention one bad thing about this place.
