Excellent en tout point.
Pros:

Tout, le professionnalisme du personnel, la modernité du bâtiment, les chambres, la propreté, et j'ai même été upgradé pour une suite ! bravo à tout le personnel de l'hôtel.

Great for Universal Trip

Great property for our trip to Universal Studios . Property offers a shuttle bus service to and from the park . Rooms are spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Facilities as you would expect from a Hilton comfortable and staff very helpful.
Pros:

Location good for universal as was the purpose of our trip.

Cons:

Bar area not serving drinks as bar tender was off duty - closed early. we were able to bring drinks into the seating area though so all in all not a negative.

Nice hotel with friendly and convenient surrounding.

Cons:

It was disappointed to be informed by the Hotel (via email) that shuttle bus transportation is unavaible while the booking platform stated differently.
It is difficult to imagine that shuttle bus service is absent (unavailable) under HILTON HOTEL :(
