Comfortable stay at this hotel with all the basic amenities available and conveniently located next to a mall including a 7 Eleven next door. Staff are friendly, helpful and able to converse in English.

Goed hotel als je naar Universal Studios Beijing wilt gaan. Het elektrische hotel is echt top.
De ligging is niet aansprekend
Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay at Hilton Beijing Tongzhou. The hotel itself was lovely, with good facilities and service. The main downside for us was the location—it is quite far from Beijing Daxing Airport and also a fair distance from central Beijing and many of the main tourist attractions. We relied heavily on DiDi and, when using the MTR, often had to change between several lines to get around. Despite the travel time, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel a comfortable place to return to after busy days exploring Beijing.
One aspect of our stay that was disappointing was being asked to pay an additional deposit at check-in, despite having already paid for our accommodation in full. This requirement had not been clearly communicated to us beforehand by our booking agent, so it was an unexpected expense that we had not budgeted for. While we understand that hotels may have deposit policies, clearer communication prior to arrival would have made the check-in experience much smoother and avoided the inconvenience.

The manager was rude and air con did not work in the room. They charged me extra for my 17 year old and it stated that there will be no extra charge for my 17 year old
