I stayed in a lake view King room and I liked the view. I also liked the cleanliness of the property. But importantly, this hotel has angels as staff - especially Alice Xu. Alice Xu was kind, helpful and went extra miles to ensure that I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

The staff were excellent. They are affectionate and professional, willing to provide help when needed. They are well trained. I feel I was taken a good care of by them. The facilities are as good as usual. Price wise, it’s a great value of what you get.

Good and clean hotel, service was good. Wish they had a better restaurant on 2nd floor.
Pros:

Good rooms (spacious) and breakfast was good as well (good variety of food)

Cons:

The Hotel restaurants (one was expensive) and other (i think on second floor) was quite bad (maybe just not my taste). Took always taxi to eat elsewhere
