Pros:

The hotel featured a huge corner suite.

Cons:

We paid for bed and breakfast, but on the first day we were told the restaurant was full unless we waited for an hour and a half. When we called in-room dining, we were also told the wait would be an hour and a half, so we left without breakfast.

Downtown View, great ambiance and great welcome cocktails!
Pros:

We had a great stay! We had dinner at Little Daisy and the food and drinks were great. The room had a great view to downtown dallas and the AT&T plaza was walking distance. Staff members were nice and attentive.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Thin walls, dimmer for the lamp was missing, and shower was just ok. Gave me a negative view of the Thompson hotels. They don’t seem to be worth the price

A bad night at the Thompson
Pros:

Staff unwilling to turn on heating unit in the room until I called for the 5th time. Staff never mentioned the need for brunch reservations so we were unable to have breakfast at the hotel on Sunday. Only one cook in the kitchen on Monday so breakfast took 45 minutes to be served. Besides that the rest of the staff was amazing, the rooms are ample and comfortable, the pillows are great, shower works very well.

Girls trip
Pros:

The hotel is amazing-front desk was very helpful especially when the room next door was loud. Immediately handled it. We ate at the Little Daisy. Carlos was an excellent server and if recommends the Shakshuka? Order it - it was amazing!

No sleep due to street racing
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights at this property and got about 20 minutes of sleep between both nights. The street racing is ridiculous and goes on ALL night long. I was on the 20th floor and it sounded like the people on the sidewalk and the cars were right outside my window. The toilet handle was broken and hanging there, there were previous guests fingernail clippings on the countertop in the bathroom. There is no door on the shower so you are freezing during your entire shower experience and the floor gets wet.

Pros:

Another wasted stay in a mediocre hotel chain that refuses to give you credit for your nights stayed. Rooms and services were adequate. Nothing to complain about except poor customer service.

Wonderful!!!
Pros:

It was amazing! The property is so beautiful! The staff is kind, friendly, accommodating and helpful! We are globalists and as an extra perk for my mom’s 80th bday they upgraded us to the penthouse suite. And this was an award stay! Amazing!!!! We are and monarch. We had the chefs tasting menu and wine pairing. It was Devine!!

Among Top Thompson Hotel I stayed at. Exceptional all around!.
Pros:

Thomson Dallas is an excellent hotel for business or pleasure stays. Amazong staff at every hotel service stop. Great food selections at dinner and breakfast. Exceptional amenities and great location neat city center and public transportation. This was my second timw staying here and will definitely return again.
