Great getaway
Pros:

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. 1885 bar was amazing place to kick back and enjoy the view. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

We loved our stay here, the room was comfy and the rooftop bar is one of our fav spots to visit in town.

Cons:

Check in was a mess, they wouldn't let us check in because there was a wedding? They finally let us check in and I was planning to utilize valet parking but they never showed up. So we unpacked everything ourselves and parked across the street.

The location, view and architecture. Interior design was decent.

Cons:

We do reviews and have worked in the hospitality industry. A blatant lack of amenities. For the cost of the room it would be nice to have a heated pool, jacuzzi, more unique options on the food menus. Lacking in enough towels for one night, one of the soap dispensers in room were empty, room amenities was in operable or not plugged in. Extremely SLOW elevators. Hallways had chipped walls, dirty walls, chipped handles in the room, broken picture frames.

The location was good. It was clean. Staff at rooftop were very approachable and kind.

Cons:

Some employees have no idea what the numbers on your furniture represent. If you work for a company know their motto, if you have unique things displayed through each room know what it represents.

Very disappointing
Pros:

It was in a good location but some of the staff were too opinionated and not genuine

Cons:

The roof top bar and restaurant was closed despite a sign stating clearly it would be open at 5pm and then when I asked for happy hour drinks at the downstairs bar I was laughed at by the bar manager - not a great experience
