Overall, this is a hotel that absolutely deserves its high rating. I would definitely recommend it
Pros:

From the very first day, I was genuinely impressed by this hotel. The staff are extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The location is excellent, perfectly situated and convenient for everything we needed, specially the oldtown. One of the highlights is definitely the sea view, which adds a special touch to the entire experience and makes the stay even more enjoyable.

We also wanted to rent e-bikes during our stay, and the Staff kindly coordinated everything for us in a very smooth and efficient way, which we truly appreciated.

Всё было просто идеально. Персонал позаботился о нас как о родных. Рецепция учла все наши пожелания, в ресторане нам приготовили блюда, которых даже нет в меню. завтрак тоже был идеален. Номера чистые, красивые. Просто 10 из 10! Подготовили сюрприз на мой день рождения. Обязательно еще вернемся

Если вы курильщик, то вас слегка удивит, что даже на балконе нельзя курить. Если вы не курильщик , то вас это порадует =) никакого сигаретного дыма с соседних террас =)

I highly recommend Hotel Vissi d’Arte—it far exceeds expectations, and the photos don’t capture its true beauty. The rooms are stunning, thoughtfully designed, and enhanced by elegant artwork. The Hästens mattresses provided the most restful sleep, truly living up to their reputation for luxury.

The staff, especially Dennis, were exceptional, always warm, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable stay. Thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine, fresh fruit replenished daily, and Molton Brown amenities elevated the experience even further.

Even the parking garage was impressive—the nicest we’ve ever seen. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Old Town. Without question, I would stay here again.

Pros:

Everything was just great, from check-in to check-out. It was very nice to receive a complimentary birthday cake, fruit plate and a bottle of red wine from the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the views from the terrace were just fantastic

Cons:

The noise from the nearby construction site made it a bit difficult to sit on the terrace, and a construction crane sometimes blocked the view, but there was nothing you could do about it

Really clean and beautiful view, really amazing staff- especially Denis! He was really helpful and kind.

Cons:

Construction in front of the building was noisy. But the team changed by room to reduce the noise- which I really appreciated.
