Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Ein Innenpool 5 x 10 meter und 2 Saunen stehen den Hotel Gästen zu verfügung.
Kuranwendung möglich, dazu können wir nichts sagen.
Hotel liegt Zentral und in wenigen Gehminuten im Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet steile Treppe Haupteingang oder den hinteren Eingang benutzen.
Frühstück kostet 15 Euro war 08/15 viel zu teuer ca. 10 -12 Euro wert. Auf das Abendbrot 15 Euro haben wir dankend verzichtet. Wir sind lieber separat Essen gegangen ca.30 meter vom Hotel im Blauen Elefant .
Parken vor dem Hotel öffentliche Straße Gebührenpflichtig ca. 300 Kronen für 24 Stunden. Nur wenige Parkplätze auf dem Hotelhof für 20 Euro pro Tag finde ich Wucher. Den Hotel Preis mußten wir vor Ort gleich bezahlen unüblich. Bei der Endabrechnung mußten wir die Rechnung korrigieren nach unten! Vertrauen ist gut, Kontrolle ist besser. Das Hotel Ist Baujahr 2008 die Einrichtung auch.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel in Brüssel – sauber, zentral und mit vielen Extras
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel: sehr sauber, zentral gelegen und mit freundlichem Empfang. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns begeistert – alles wurde genau erklärt, viele Zusatzangebote (gegen Gebühr), aber absolut lohnenswert.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat wäre hilfreich. Das Personal wirkte teils überfordert – ein Lächeln würde den Start in den Tag verschönern. Auf Flecken auf Stuhlbezügen sollte geachtet werden. Auch die Ansichtmappe im Zimmer sollte erneuert werden – sie wirkte abgegriffen und war offenbar schon durch viele Hände gegangen.

Die Lage ist top, aber viele Lokale schließen früh – Abendessen unbedingt reservieren. Praktisch: Aufzug im Haus, ideal für ältere Gäste. Besonders positiv: Arztkontakt mit Vor- und Nachuntersuchung direkt im Hotel möglich.

Fazit: Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel mussten wir feststellen, dass die zusätzlichen Parkplatzkosten von 20 € pro Nacht recht hoch angesetzt sind – auch wenn der Platz überwacht ist. Für heutige Fahrzeuggrößen war der Parkplatz zudem sehr eng, was das Ein- und Ausparken erschwert hat.

Positiv: Wer am nächsten Tag mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, profitiert von der Nähe und Sicherheit. Für alle anderen lohnt sich ein Blick auf Alternativen.

Fazit: Die Parkmöglichkeit ist zwar praktisch, aber der Preis und die Enge des Platzes sollten überdacht werden.

Gehört nicht auf die Liste der Hotels, die ich noch einmal besuchen würde.
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Parkplatz pro Nacht 20,- €. Das Personal war muffig. Keine freie Platzwahl beim Frühstück. Zur Straße recht laut.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe. Ich denke die Einstufung des Hotels muss dringend nach unten gestuft werden.
Pros:

Lage war central und ruhig

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Bereiche für Kuren (Wellness) befanden sich im Keller und waren eng und klein.
Die Qualität des Frühstücks war unteres Niveau. Wir haben von Dienstag bis Sonntag gebucht haben den Aufenthalt aber bereits Freitag abgebrochen, weil wir uns in dem Hotel nicht wohlgefühlt haben.

Friendly staff member John made us welcome.Parking available at a cost
Nice location .Very small but clean pool.
Bar opposite and kebab shop within short walk.
Breakfast varied and plentiful.

Cons:

Need to consider installing aircon.
Everything closes VERY early.No restaurant or bar after 8pm.Definitely communication difficulties.
Manager unable to speak English ,French had a very brusque demeanor distrustful and seemed rude to staff and customers.o
