Was a nice hotel and has a lot of potential, probably would stay again
Pros:

Property was clean seemed like a new hotel most of staff was polite

Cons:

Not enough parking, internet was a hassle, breakfast was bare, first day lady behind the front desk had a condescending attitude

Close to interstate

First room had bugs in it but we asked to be mov d to another room. It was fine, not as spacious as the other one but no bugs

No working toilet in the room, no resolution til right before check-out
Pros:

Clean lobby and bed linen was clean.

Cons:

The toilet did not work upon check-in to our 1 night stay. I let staff know and it was not fixed until the next day shortly before check out. I called multiple times and emailed about this. We stayed at the hotel for 1 night on 7/3. To this day, 7/12, no one has had the professionalism or courtesy to reply to me about this concern.

Our bed had to be remade because we found hair on the sheets. When the attendant was told, she never even apologized. We

The attendant at the front desk was rude and questioned how many towels and toiletries we needed. Also upon arrival was trying to make us pay for our room after it was already payed for through Booking. Com.

Pros:

I liked the location on where the hotel was, didn't have to drive far to get something to eat or have long wait times when having something delivered. The staff was friendly, rooms looked and smelled great.

Cons:

The random people coming up to us in the parking lot but they was friendly.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, good location, safe, nice smaller pool, decent breakfast

Cons:

We stayed for five days and only got clean towels replaced one day. Housekeeping did not come every day. When we asked the front desk, she said it was supposed to be every other day, but that did not happen. Lights on one side of the room did not work. We checked all the switches and everything.

The room was ok.

Cons:

The staff was very rude and even made racist remarks. I asked for a printed receipt and was told that they couldn’t understand my english and then told me they couldn’t print it because i booked through a third party. They then proceeded to mock me and my husband and blurted out Mexican foods to make fun of us. I will never stay in this chain hotel again.
