Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Cheaper than other suites in the area but very spacious. Laundry included. Full kitchen, balcony, and separate bedroom.

Everything looked clean and nice. The apartment was well maintained, loved the view from the space.

Kasa was a real find, centrally located and close to bus and L stops. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Kasa management was responsive and helpful.

We had a great experience staying at Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. The location is excellent — just a short walk (a couple of blocks) to the Magnificent Mile, the river, and plenty of shopping and dining options.

Our room was spacious and well-equipped, including a full kitchen and in-room washer and dryer, which was a big plus for a longer stay. The only thing we felt was missing was blackout curtains, as the room got quite bright early in the morning.

The building is shared with permanent residents, but our floor appeared to be dedicated to Kasa accommodations. There was a bit of hallway noise from people entering or leaving their rooms, but it wasn't disruptive. We also appreciated having someone at the front desk whenever we entered or exited the building — it added an extra sense of security..

Based on this experience, we’d definitely consider staying at other Kasa properties in the future if they’re similar in quality. A comfortable and convenient option for anyone visiting Chicago.

Great location two blocks from the Magnificent Mile and close to many shops and restaurants. Building itself is very safe and has nice amenities like a gym.
Check in and check out were easy and the communication was great via text messages.
Comfortable for a family of four although given location on 11th floor with a nice balcony might not be the best bet for families with toddlers.

We were able to Downtown Chicago at this clean and affordable location! I highly recommend it if you plan on staying in the area.

This place is a dump. I dont know why Expedia has it at such a high rating. The hotel is in some sort of college dorm business and your only recourse is to work with their chat service. The place is infested with pests to such a degree we could only stomach one night here. We had to fight with customer service for hours via chat for them to do anything and what we could muscle from them, they acted like they were doing us a favor. Do not choose to stay at this property.

Great location. Our room worked perfectly for two adults and our kid on the pullout sofa.

Everything about this stay was great except for directions to find it. It’s not labeled Kasa anywhere on the outside of the building and it took us a bit to figure out where it was.

Clean room. The apt needs painting. Good kitchen and fridge. Our toilet handle broke and the blinds also broke. Called the front desk and both problems were repaired that same day. The maintenance team was excellent.. The front desk staff was friendly , polite and professional.

Nice and very comfortable place. It’s offers everything for a relax and enjoyable stay. Plenty of restaurants and transportation close by. Grocery store around the corner. Definitely would stay @Kasa next time we visit Chicago.

I loved the apartment and the building! Excellent location, very clean, spacious and well-equipped. It has everything we need for a comfortable and safe stay.

Our stay was part of a longer trip to multiple cities. We were so happy with the comfort and ammenities that this location offered us. For 3 nights we felt like we were at home.

Great location for shops, restaurants, bars. The river was a 10-15 minute walk away. Pretty easy to get to from O’Hare on the blue line.

Upon arrival to our place, it looked mostly clean. However, the air conditioning vents in both the living room and bedroom were filthy. The weather was nice so we didn't have to use central air. Also, the sheets on the king size bed would stay on. They were too small so one corner always came off during sleep. Finally, I texted to make sure that I would be able to leave my luggage before I checked out. I needed to leave my luggage around 9:30am. When I went to leave my luggage, the desk had a sign that it would open at 11:00. Thankfully, someone from the apartment's front desk was willing to take my luggage. But the communication seemed off. However, the apartment was spacious, in a great location and had a wonderful little balcony!
