Kasa Love Field-Medical District Dallas

The actual room was very good, however on the last night there in the morning we go out to the gated garage and our car was missing it had been towed. Apparently if you DON'T put thier little tag for your mirror up they will allow a towing company to come in and simply take your car. I had spoken to a gentleman the day we arrived about the parking and he never mentioned at all how important it was to have their tag hanging from your mirror or else your vehicle will be towed even though Kasa had all our information that they required. We visit Dallas multiple times a year but never again will we return to the place.

There was a person passed out in front of the property when we arrived for check in, gate wouldnt let us in as it was pffline the last day furniture was subpar and un comfortable

Very Rundown

The room was wonderful - very clean and had plenty of space. Kasa's communication was fantastic with the check in and check out instructions. My only complaint is that the parking garage is creepy and so are the buildings hallways. I wouldn't go in those places alone because it felt unsafe.

It was Fantastic! The place was very clean. It was quiet. It’s close to the airport and medical centers. It had a nice Community room and pool. All questions were answered immediately!

Nothing was unique. What i didnt like was the parking situation. The gym was sub par.

We didn’t stay there because my husband was afraid to leave car in unsecured area.

The room was very clean organized and big. They made sure that all my entry codes worked went we got there. They had plenty of towels coffee sugar creamer and tea so we wouldn’t have to be asking for it.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Kasa Love Field-Medical. It is convenient to both my family and activities in Dallas. It is very comfortable with a full kitchen & washer/dryer. Lovely, very clean and relaxing environment. I like the virtual check in and help is just a text or call away. They are quick to respond. I’ve never been disappointed with my stay at Kasa Love Field-Medical District and highly recommend them.

The unit was very nice. Clean, comfortable furniture. The patio was nice just too hot to set out on. The only issue with this place was we were on the first floor and above us were kids running and tromping from 2pm to 11. They were so loud you could barely watch tv. For that reason I will not stay again.

Having the space of a 2 bed/2 bath apartment was nice!! Also enjoyed having the kitchen and complimentary coffee!! However, the floors were dirty! They didn’t appear dirty but after walking around barefoot for a little while my feet were disgustingly dirty! So we had to always have shoes on which sucked. We also had a couple bugs in the apartment. The property had a lot of trash piled up and the parking area also had rundown cars and trashed furniture you could tell had been there for awhile. The beds were not comfortable at all. Some cabinet doors were fallin apart. The apartment was cute but quality was just ok. The area was also not what I would consider to be safe as there were alot of transients around. I was super happy there was gated parking…but it wasn’t convenient to have to get out to enter the code.

The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The property was nice very clean. My only issue was the gate was broken and it took me a while to get in.

I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to stay in Dallas! The location was nice! The planes weren’t much of a bother and it was actually pretty cool to see some of them landing. The roads around the area are a bit terrible so be mindful of that. Few homeless people walking about but they weren’t a bother. Parking was easy and the instructions for check-in and access to the amenities was pretty straight forward! They even had pictures with the instructions. The outside patio was a bit smaller than expected and the mosquitoes were pretty ruthless…but it’s Texas in the summertime so that’s to be expected. There were a few minor things such as a light that was out and the presence of a few gnats, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay! I’d definitely stay here again ☺️
