Pros:

The hotel is very close to 2 subways (blue line and pink line), it's clean and the breakfast was ok, nothing special but not bad. We went to hotel from airport by subway. It's was very convenient. Also the hotel is near to United Centre Stadium. We watched the basketball games with Chicago Bulls.

Cons:

There no restaurants near by. So if you want to eat or do some groceries, you need to take Subway.

Spacious hotel but would not stay again
Pros:

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were of a good size and the amount of seating within the hotel was nice. Free breakfast was nice but we got down there on Saturday at 9am, they stopped serving at 10am, and there was barely any fresh food out until around 9:45 am which we left by then.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were told the King room i had booked over 1 month prior was not available and we had to stay in a double queen. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and I asked for something a little special, nothing extravagant. There was nothing in the room and we noticed cleaning ladies were walking around with valentine balloons on their carts. We did not even get a balloon. When entering the room, it did smell like smoke, but we did not say anything. The bathroom had boogers hardened to the wall next to the hand towel and there was brownish/red stuff strained as a drip near the toilet. The room itself was not bad, but the bathroom was horrendous. This location is also not close to many food establishments or walkable areas. Breakfast did not have a lot of food out at 9am on a Saturday.

Comfortable rest close to subway and united Center!
Pros:

Super comfortable room, right next to a subway stop for easy access, delicious breakfast in the morning, the staff was very helpful!

Cons:

Other than the United Centre you have to get on transit really to head to more engaging parts of town

Pros:

Awesome location and very clean. It was a beautiful property.

Cons:

The staff when my children first got there didn't know what they were doing. I had already paid for everything, and they charged my sons card again. The people I spoke with to clear it up were very knowledgeable and fixed the issue.

Melhor opção para quem quer ir ao United Center
Pros:

Hotel com excelentes condições e quartos espaçosos. O bar é muito amigável tambem e todos os funcionários foram espetaculares.
Para quem quer ir ver um jogo/evento ao United Center é uma esclha espetacular, pois é uma caminhada de 10 a 15 min até ao pavilhão.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto não foi das melhores. Mesmo depois da equipa de limpeza estar no quarto havia alguma sujidade no chão.
Sendo um Hotel localizado longe do centro de Chicago, recomendo terem carro ou usarem a linha azul de comboios que está mais perto.

It's a converted hospital so expect it to be a bit odd
Pros:

Free breakfast was OK, it was different on alternating days. I picked hotel because it was close to United Centre. Gym was adequate if not slender .

Cons:

My room was a bit dark no overhead or hallway lighting. There is not much within walking distance outside, restaurants etc. No.pool.

Other than temp, it was perfect.
Pros:

Everything was perfect except I was unable to make the room cooler. Thermostat stayed on 74 which is entirely too warm. Humans sleep better at around 68 degrees. I keep my home always in the 60s. I have paid for the room and I should be able to control the temperature of the room for which I paid.

Cons:

Could not adjust thermostat.
