Beautiful, spacious

Cons:

Was told I wouldn’t be charged at property and that parking was provided at the property. Then was charged deposit and parking on property.

Great stay if attending events at United Center.
Pros:

Staff were really nice. Rooms were big and clean. Came for an event at United Center and the lobby was decorated for that event which was fun. Walking distance to event venue and places to eat.

Cons:

Our room didn't have a pillowcase, hand soap, or body wash upon arrival so the cleaning staff didn't seem to be thorough with restocking. Parking wasn't clear, only a tiny sign but was simple with plenty of spots once we were directed by desk staff where to go.

We loved every staff member we met and the breakfast is amazing!
Pros:

It was conveniently located for all of the plans we had made while in town.

My only complaint would be the small parking lot.

Stayed for a three nights, two days, and had a wonderful experience. Staff service was excellent!
Pros:

The building was nice and clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived a few hours before check in and was provided with a room early, which was really nice.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to 2 subways (blue line and pink line), it's clean and the breakfast was ok, nothing special but not bad. We went to hotel from airport by subway. It's was very convenient. Also the hotel is near to United Centre Stadium. We watched the basketball games with Chicago Bulls.

Cons:

There no restaurants near by. So if you want to eat or do some groceries, you need to take Subway.

Pros:

Super comfortable room, right next to a subway stop for easy access, delicious breakfast in the morning, the staff was very helpful!

Cons:

Other than the United Centre you have to get on transit really to head to more engaging parts of town

Spacious hotel but would not stay again
Pros:

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were of a good size and the amount of seating within the hotel was nice. Free breakfast was nice but we got down there on Saturday at 9am, they stopped serving at 10am, and there was barely any fresh food out until around 9:45 am which we left by then.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were told the King room i had booked over 1 month prior was not available and we had to stay in a double queen. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and I asked for something a little special, nothing extravagant. There was nothing in the room and we noticed cleaning ladies were walking around with valentine balloons on their carts. We did not even get a balloon. When entering the room, it did smell like smoke, but we did not say anything. The bathroom had boogers hardened to the wall next to the hand towel and there was brownish/red stuff strained as a drip near the toilet. The room itself was not bad, but the bathroom was horrendous. This location is also not close to many food establishments or walkable areas. Breakfast did not have a lot of food out at 9am on a Saturday.
