Such lovely friendly staff, huge rooms, good views, wonderful breakfast, easy free parking

Beautiful room, very well equipped, and you can truly see the kindness and attention to detail from the host in every aspect of the accommodation.

The breakfast was simply outstanding. There was an incredible variety of food, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. They even prepared freshly cooked fried eggs, which was a very thoughtful touch.

We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back again!

У нас був сімейний номер з шикарним видом в любий час доби. Готель старий, але доглянутий, чистий і дуже атмосферний. Нас тепло зустріли, підказали цікаві місця по маршруту.
Надали дитяче ліжечко, наші ліжка також були зручні. Є парковка на території.
Смачний сніданок.

Wow. The room was amazing, with a great view of Heiligenblut, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and last but not least - the sauna and relaxation area was perfect at the end of a long day, and we had it all to ourselves.

Beautiful stylish villa at the end of the Grossglockner high mountain road - so the accommodation was a beautiful continuation of a wonderful trip including a walk to the glacier lake. In the evening we did not have time to use the beautiful wellness area with sauna and pleasant relaxation room. Maybe next time. The breakfast buffet was proportionally large for the size of the villa - a large selection in smaller quantities, but it was often replenished, so there was plenty of everything.
Very nice lady at the reception. She was nice and helpful.

Heiligenblutt is een fraai dorp aan de voet van de Grossklockner. Hotel Kaiservilla is een echt historisch pand met fraaie krakende vloeren. Wij sliepen in een ruim appartement met een goed bed en een ruime badkamer met groot bad. Verder een fraai balkon met mooi uitzicht richting het dorp. Een leuke ervaring in een reeks van verschillende hotels op onze rondreis. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. De kamer schoon en fris. Ontbijt goed voorzien van allerlei lekkers. Avondeten kan goed in het dorp dat te voet makkelijk te bereiken is. Parkeren op terrein van het verblijf.

When we checked in, the person at the desk was amazing! Made us feel incredibly welcome. The room and the view were amazing! We loved everything here!

Der Hotelmanager ist aussergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte eine von zwei gebuchten Übernachtung stornieren, weil ich wegen des schlechten Wetters meine Bikepackingtour anpassen musste.

Alles war perfekt ! Außerordentlich freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, riesiges, sauberes Zimmer, ein fantastisches Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, ...wir kommen gerne wieder.

В мальовничому місці з виглядом прямо на Grossglockner, затишне атмосферне місце. Гарні краєвиди навколо. Привітний Вальтер на рецепції. Парковка хороша. Поруч ресторан, магазин, все чудово. Сніданок багатий і смачний. Всі привітні.

sehr netter Empfang, sehr schönes, altes Haus mit Stil und Flair, großer Parkplatz direkt beim Haus, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, Bad klein aber fein mit Wanne.
Sehr schöner Saunabereich mit großem Ruheraum.
