Seuls au monde face à la beauté de la vallée
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin (et parle anglais), la literie est dingue, la vue est incroyable, la cuisine délicieuse. Un petit chemin avec de beaux oiseaux permet d’accéder au village en 10 min.

Cons:

Le massage n’était pas forcément à la hauteur (et dans une pièce pas très jolie où il fait froid).
C’est un peu cher pour le pays.

Pros:

Amazing views and lovely staff. Good breakfast. Footpath / shortcut into town very convenient.

Cons:

We found the room cold, even with the heater provided on request. Similarly, the main building was cold - even wearing several layers of clothing.

The dinner menu seemed expensive and portions small.

Heaven!
Pros:

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed, you honestly feel like you’re in heaven. The views are spectacular and you can even have a private booking in the hot tub which over looks the mountains. The staff are wonderful, so attentive, friendly and welcoming. It has a lovely feel to it, with the fireplace in the lobby area. The food was the best meal I had in my month of travels - you have to eat at their restaurant! I’ll always remember this stay and recommend it to anyone!

Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek, cudowny widok, cisza, spokój. Killka minut spacerkiem do Salento, polecamy skorzystanie z porannej 'kąpieli leśnej' , w czasie kilkudziesieciominutowego spaceru przewodnik Johny oprowadzil nas po terenie wokol ośrodka opowiadajac o okolicznej faunie i florze. Chętnie relaksowalismy sie w jacuzzi, kolacja w hotelu byla przepyszna, obsluga bardzo miła i pomocna. Nasz syn zaprzyjaźnil sie z hotelowymi psami - Hiacintą i Qiarą. Spedziliśmy w Kawa Mointain 3 noce i bardzo żalujemy ze nie więcej.

Cons:

Pobyt był za krótki.

Oasi di pace e relax.
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde del Salento e con una vista spettacolare.
Ogni cosa è curata e pensata per soddisfare i clienti, lo staff è gentilissimo e super disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
La nostra stanza era spaziosa con un balcone ampio ed una vista incredibile.
La colazione molto buona, con prodotti freschi.
Abbiamo anche cenato nel loro ristorante per due sere consecutive, assaggiando pietanze tipiche ma rivisitate in chiave moderna, una delizia.
Abbiamo organizzato con loro anche delle escursioni che sono stata tutte molto belle.

Cons:

Unica pecca sono le dimensioni del bagno, un po’ piccolo.

Tres bonne experience, tres bel hotel. L’hotel porte bien son nom: Retreat
Pros:

La beaute de l’hotel, le calme, la nature, la nourriture, la qualite des massages. L’emplacement tres isole (pour partir a pied de l’hotel vers le village, il fallait traverser 1/4 d’heure de jungle, et la nuit avec une torche. Nous avons adore, mais pas tout le monde n’est forcement comme nous)

Cons:

Le manque de sympathie d’une personne a l’hotel (mais pas tous, certains sont tres agreables), on a l’impression de la deranger a chaque fois qu’on pose une question. Malgre tout, toutes nos demandes ont ete repondues positivement, mais souvent sans le sourrir. C’est dommage…
Autre point: pas de chauffage dans la chambre, le matin il fait tres froid et c’est dur de sortir du lit.

Best place in Colombia for rest, beauty and nature enjoying excellent service.
Pros:

All: view, service, people. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.All excellent.

Great vistas and staff but rough around the edges for the price

Room was rather cold, no heating, food in the restaurant was good but overpriced, we had a King room in the main building, it is rather noisy from kitchen and other guests

Incredible setting, stunning hotel.
Pros:

Stunning location, excellent service, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the very generous use of the jacuzzi. Staff went out of their way.

Cons:

We’d recommend the rooms having some storage to put clothes, but it’s not a complaint. We loved the place.

Pros:

Muy amable la gente que atendía el hotel. Mucha variedad de actividades tanto dentro como fuera del hotel y mucha disponibilidad y facilidades a los huéspedes. En concreto probé los servicios de masaje, de la mano de la señorita Claudia, y muy buenos. Quedé totalmente renovada.

Cons:

Es una estancia fría, al estar en el bosque hace frío… en algunas habitaciones más que en otras, pero en general bien.
