Pros:

Ощущение, что команда сменилась. Все очень хотят работать, но не умеют. Двор ремонтировали, кофе отвратительный, ножи не подают, завтрак никакой, персонал надо разыскивать.
При этом Отель красивый, место отличное, ужин приготовили вкусно;
искренне желаю успехов и развития, но сама вряд ли рискну вернуться ...

Pros:

Не хватает мусорок в номере, нет стойки администратора, однообразные завтраки, нет чашек для чая в номере. Остальное все супер, особенно баня! Спасибо банщику Даниилу. Всем советую и отель и баню.
