Uncooperative staff, mediocre stay, genuine request to modify reservation duration denied
Pros:

One staff, Lysa, was helpful and kind.

Cons:

Room not as per booking. Queen bed not provided.

Staff entirely uncooperative, very condescending and unhelpful to resolve a request for change of booking duration, due to a family emergency.

1. Amend the check-out date from 9th May to 7th May 2025.
2. Waive any charges for 8th and 9th May 2025, given the exceptional and unavoidable nature of the circumstances.

I understand that the original booking may have terms and conditions regarding early check-out; however, given that this is a genuine family emergency — and that the flight itinerary has already been revised accordingly — I sincerely hope that the property will consider this request with compassion and flexibility.

I would be grateful if you could confirm the modification at your earliest convenience and ensure that no additional charges are levied for the unused nights.

RESPONSE
We would like to clarify the situation regarding your reservation. According to the terms of the booking agreement, your reservation was made with a 24-hour cancellation policy and without the option to modify the stay after this deadline.

As your request to shorten the stay was received after the applicable cancellation period, the charges for the final two nights (8th and 9th May) have been applied in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.

Please note that the reservation was confirmed for the full duration of 7 nights, during which the room was reserved and held exclusively for your use. Therefore, the charges are not related to services used on-site only, but to the contractual reservation of the room for the entire booked period.

We regret that the situation arose due to a personal emergency and fully understand that this is an unfortunate circumstance.

조용해서 소음이 전혀 없어서 좋았습니다. 아침 조식이 정성스럽게 준비되어 있어서 꼭 찾아 먹었습니다

Cons:

냉장고가 없어서 남은 음료수 넣어둘 곳이 없어요.
시내 중심가가 아니어서 지하철이나 버스를 이용하셔야 합니다.

Camera spaziosa, colazione buona, check-in veloce, personale gentile, ottima posizione.

Cons:

Pulizia camera non incluso, avremmo voluto almeno in cambio asciugamani. Cuscino non comodissimo e non c erano alternative.
