My family and I stayed at the Studiotel Cancun 1 night. It was simple, clean, quiet and safe. Air conditioning worked great, it was a remodeled apartment and it was super quiet away from main streets or the party areas. Beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but was exactly what we needed to recover from our long hours of travel.

I was on vacation solo to regroup my thoughts for the rest of my life. I am 66. I have never felt so safe and comfortable in any other type of accommodation like this. I enjoyed myself, was not bothered by anyone, and mostly had the awesome pool to myself. Met some wonderful people that had been there for 2-4 mos. and their comments were as genuine as mine. Thank you so much for a much needed getaway where I felt totally comfortable and safe. Thank you so much! I will probably be back within the next year!

Un taxi del aeropuerto al hotel nos cobro $800, fueron 25 min super rápido y desde que llegamos fue estupendo, super lindas las habitaciones, las camas increíbles, demasiado cómodas y todo muy limpio y bien acogedor 😍 10/10

Para una estancia en donde no deseas gastar mucho, este es el recomendado. Aunque no tienen limpieza del cuarto y a veces se batalla con el agua, solo hay que avisar. Nos tocó que no salía agua caliente pero nos cambiaron de cuarto. En cuanto a TV nos falló pero la repararon aunque no se ven mas que un canal creo que porque no cuentan con antena. La verdad si regreso a este lugar

No elevator, stair railings were loose. No water in the evenings, so you couldn’t take a shower or flush the toilet. A/c unit was broken and was repaired but 2 days later it was leaking down wall. Property was poorly maintained, loud music at night and smoking in building. Towels were only replaced every 3 days. Rooms don’t look like posted pictures.

El lugar es muy bonito, agradable y sobre todo limpio.

Agradable la estancia aunque con ligeros detalles a mejorar como la limpieza diaria la cual no realizan a menos que pagues 20USD diarios, las toallas las cambian cada 2 días y están manchadas. Pero en general muy bien todo lo demás, muy amables los administradores y las instalaciones cuentan con lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia.

Muy bueno por el precio y la localización. Todo como debe ser.

The place is very nice clean and tidy, great paul, but the location is not the best, you must rent a car or you will pay high taxi prices.
No cable tv only smart

atención excelente, deficiencias como almohadas no limpias, desagües de baño tapado que realmente demeritan el servicio pero la rapida atencion y la voluntad por resolver el problema salvan la situación. es una opcion aceptable para ir a cancun.
