Not sure how this hotel has 10 stars for reviews online. Mold on the ceiling, tv didn’t work very well, sink counter was cracked. Bed and sheets were clean at least. Other guests were quite.

This wasa no frill place. Shower did not work, effort had to be done to close the door, a little worn down, and the location is a little inconvenient.

I come to this hotel often and love my stay there every time. The staff here are really helpful!

Room was awful kids wanted to leavs right away people on 2nd floor hanging out windows smoking gross trashy place nothing like the pictures show no pillow cases and smells like pee in hallways

Please never stay here!!!Code and card would not open my room door. We changed cards 3 times. Every time we came back to the room we had to go to the front desk to have them open it up for us. Water draining from the walls and under the bathroom sink. Shower looked like it was never cleaned. And all towels and wash cloths looked dirty. We will never stay there again. We tried to get another hotel but everything was booked due to many things going on around town. Pictures online are not what this place looks like.

Nothing...Never again!! They had dead Roaches Laying on the carpet The shower was dirty to sink the floor there was paint chips.The walls were dirty. We explained to them.We showed them pictures.They act like they didn't know what was going on trying to say because of a concert they were packed. She only wanted to give.

Once again roaches….

I waited an hour in line to check in when i finally get to the register guy is on his personally phone i prepaid for a king room theres none available tell him to give me a queen idc ive already paid 4 different guest canceled while in line. The guest before me come back, while im waiting for them to find out if my room is even cleaned, there is someone already in the room they were just given. Also theres an extra $100 deposit no one mentioned. I get my room go to put in the code it doesnt work walk back tell the staff they walk us back give us some waters and they cant unlock it with the code either so they let us in with a card say theyll make us one. We change our clothes real quick at this point its been 2hours. I go to the desk to ask about the card before we head to our show she hasnt made it. Also theres no soap in the dispenser and all the vending machines are out of stock.

Check in took over and hour and half. Only one person working. Was late for a concert because of check in. Then a deposit was required that wasn’t on the website. Other people complained about it and the person would lower the deposit for some but not others.

Had black mold on bathroom ceiling. Broken cabinets. The bath water was yellow. And we took pictures of everything

Wouldn’t recommend. The bed felt like a box spring. $100 deposit fee. Checking in and out took way too long.

Very smelly

It was a run down dump. The carpet was dingy and sticky in spots. The walls had hole and spots where the paint was peeling. When I turned on the water, roaches came up out of the drain. And there was no bodywash in the shower. The bottle was long since empty.
