The property is in an excellent location! Being near I95, is extremely important when traveling in this corridor in Florida.

Cons:

The staff were so pleasant. The overnight security for this location is top level.

To many people living there long term who didn’t care how they lived
Pros:

Affordable and close to where I needed to be for my vacation

Cons:

Hallway smelled like urine, dogs barked and people yelled in adjacent room constantly, guest disabled side door to access outside to smoke, dumpsters overflowing and trash piled around it, carpet in hallways were stained, and my kitchenette floor was sticky.
