Its a shame
Pros:

The Hotel is pretty, the location is great, the room is comfortable. Most staff were friendly but unfortunately they seem overworked and understaffed.

The whole place could be very nice and has potential but feels like an abandoned stepchild to the bigger Parkhotel next to it, that seems to have lost its historical charme 80 years ago and now just acts as a huge tourist trap.

Cons:

The worst thing was the disgusting dirty Ashtray full of cigarette buds that we found in the balcony and that makes you question how well thay really clean the room if they leave such a thing.

We were put in a different room than we booked without being told so, when we complained we were offered different rooms in the other hotel but the room we initially booked was not available.. The other room was nice but not what we needed.

When we went down to get breakfast there was no one at the reception and we had to go to the other hotel to find staff to pay the breakfast with..

its sad, this place has potential but its not used.
