Tolle Lage, um Wien zu erkunden
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Nähe Schloß Schönbrunn und nur wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn. Ruhiges Zimmer hintenraus.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, die Elektrik war seltsam, hat sich mit dem letzten Lichtaus immer komplett abgeschaltet...

Bon séjour mais à besoin de révision.
Pros:

Hôtel près du métro à 2 mn Hietzing. Près du parc et château de schonbrunn.
Hôtel avec un jardin calme mais les chambres côté rue sont assez bruyantes si fenêtre ouverte pour dormir.

Cons:

1/ Ménage pas fait ✅ 2/ air conditionné ne marche pas dans la chambre avec un bruit effrayant. Bruits côté rue.

A lovely little gem in a marvellous location
Pros:

The rooms are large and very comfortably set up, with a really great layout / furnishings. The hotel itself is with a very lovely neighborhood that has many shops, grocery stores, and good restaurants. It’s basically two steps to Schonbrunn Palace, and is within minutes of public transport. Excellent location!! Quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff were really sweet and friendly too.

Cons:

Breakfast isn’t included, and the option to upgrade is unnecessarily expensive. The bed (while mostly very comfortable) did have a deep dip in the mattress that could be rather uncomfortable depending on where you slept on it.

Pros:

The sound insulation was really great. We got a room facing the inner courtyard, and the windows did great at keeping the noise out.
The staff was great, the receptionist lady gave us some recommendations about the surrounding restaurants. The sauna was nice and clean, we got robes at the reception. The water pressure in the shower was great as well.

Cons:

The "master switch" next to the bed was a bit unintuitive. As switching it off meant that you have to turn it back on before you could switch any of the lights on. In other places, the master switch would turn off all lights, and you could turn them back on individually, without turning the master switch back on. A minor inconvenience really, it was just a bit odd to get used to :)

Любезен персонал , близо до метрото , голяма и комфортна стая.

Cons:

Има какво да се желае относно хигиената( пода не се чисти , когато обслужват стаята) .
Може да има чехли за стаята.

Veľmi odporúčam pri plánovanej návšteve ZOO a Schonbrunn
Pros:

Hotel je len pár sto metrov od vstupu do ZOO a záhrad Schonbrunnu, vynikajúca poloha. Na okolí tiež veľa možností na obed či kávu. Raňajky v hotely boli vynikajúce, veľký výber.

Ein schönes Hotel, ruhig und perfekt gelegen mit einem kleinen Mangel (Bett)
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe Schönbrunn war ausgezeichnet, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon in den Innenhof und dadurch absolut ruhig und angenehm zum Wohnen. Die Größe des Hotels hat uns sehr zugesagt und der Durchgang zum Parkhotel Schönbrunn fürs Frühstück war kein Problem da es nur einige Meter waren.
Wir wurden mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück, vielfältig und alles frisch, belohnt.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen haben uns die Betten.
Sie waren in die Jahre gekommen ..total durchgelegen...sollte in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht vorkommen.
Hoffen bei unseren nächsten Besuch dass dieses Problem gelöst wurde, da das Hotel in der Summe perfekt ist.
