Pros:

Chambre très confortable, personnel très aimable et à l'écoute, très bel emplacement à 50 mètres du parc de Schönbrunn, porte Hietzing et des restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, etc.
A 200 mètres de la station de métro Hietzing, ligne U4 direct jusqu'à Karlsplatz en 12 minutes environ.
Très beau quartier, 13e arrondissement, calme et sûr.

A beautiful short break
Pros:

Everything was great. Our room was ready earlier so we didn't have to wait until 3 p.m. to enter. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone (eggs, deli meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pancakes, different sweets and breads, and different coffee, milk and tea options). Our room was so spacious it looked like a little apartment. There was a coffee machine and a kettle. Everything was clean, our bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, so we were able to sleep well even though it was extremely hot outside. Everyone was polite and we had a great time!

Pros:

Uns hat die Lage super gefallen. Am Rand von Wien in Hitzing, mit vielen netten Lokalen in der Nähe, direkt neben Schönbrunn. Aber trotzdem ruhig und irgendwie gemütlich.

Pros:

Frühstück und Lage perfekt um sich im 13.Bezirk aufzuhalten und
Schönbrunn, den Schlosspark und das Schloßparkbad zu besichtigen bzw zu besuchen.

Cons:

Matratze war wie eine Hängematte.
Balkontür war nicht einwandfrei zu öffnen, Griff hing lose herum und
Badschublade genauso.
Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich, aber in einem Hotel wie diesen sollte man
nicht mit einem "hi" od "hello" begrüßt werden.
