Top Lage und traumhaftes Zimmer
Pros:

Perfekte Lage und noble Ausstattung. Großräumiges Zimmer, bei der Ankunft sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war das Highlight!

Cons:

Das Personal nach dem Check -in. Für ein Austria Trend Hotel erwartet man sich, dass zumindest zurückgegrüßt wird. Sonst hat man beim Kommen und Gehen nicht wirklich ein einladendes Gefühl, quasi „für den Check in JA, alles danach geht uns nichts an“.

Dejligt hotel, største minus var madrassen.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var glimrende. Værelset var stort og velholdt.

Cons:

Madrassen var meget slidt og helt hul i midten. Så den trænger efter min mening til en udskiftning.
Jeg kunne ikke finde information om wi-fi kode nogen steder på værelset.

Pros:

Sehr gemütlich Zimmer. Die Lage ist super direkt neben Schönbrunn und 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

For short or long trips best stay
Pros:

Everything was clean staff friendly easy fast check in and check out location excellent

Cons:

The hotel should make a deal with the garage owner . To get a very good discount for hotel guest . One safes money with a good deal from the hotel but must spend it than for the expensive parking

Lovely hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

I loved the location, the size of room, cleanliness and staff

Cons:

From a 4 star hotel I would expect at least a place to put my luggage on, there was literally empty space and nothing
