Virgin Hotels Nashville

The scenery was great. The room was very modern well decorated. The property was very clean. The staff was helpful. We also received a room credit from the hotel staff to enjoy birthday drinks and desserts, etc.

The staff were amazing and shout out to D'rell our valet. The shower was amazing, however the shampoo and conditioner sucked only complaint. Bed was so comfortable and the blanket was heaven. We had just gotten tattoos so we were not able to check it out.

The hotel is pretty and very clean.

From the concierge when we pulled up, to the attention to detail in the room, our experience was amazing. Even better having booked within our Capital One Venture X and using their perks. 100% we will be staying at Virgin Hotels in the future.

Went for several nights over the Christmas weekend in the Virgin hotel in Nashville.
Our stay was a mix of good and bad, but overall the stay was good.
First, the positives:
1. Front desk staff when available was very pleasant and looking to provide a great experience.
2. The room was well furnished and the décor and layout was well thought out. We really enjoyed the window side sitting bench. The room tea and coffee kits were high quality and the shower room was great. In all the hard product was very high quality.
3. The location was good for both being at the center of things and also allowed you to stay away from the Broadway hubbub.
4. The atmosphere is modern chic and consistent with the entire Virgin brand.

Next the negatives:
1. Housekeeping wasn't good. Daily service seemed to do the minimum and even then they would ignore the DND. The room wasn't even vacuumed or bins emptied. If you're staying a single night, you'd never know.
2. Front Desk was often unmanned and did not answer calls from the room. We tried to call down a number of time and never got answered. We had better luck calling in on our cell phone or walking down.
3. Restaurant service was un uniform. We sometimes had great service and sometimes abysmal one from servers that seemed to hate their job. The restaurant was good but not great quality.

Overall - I'd consider staying here again, but would certainly consider other options depending on price.

The atmosphere and the energy in the hotel was extremely pleasant. The energy and staff were very nice. The hotel is very clean

Had the BEST time on the rooftop pop up for Christmas! Drinks were absolutely delicious and Polly was so warm and welcoming! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Another amazing visit to Virgin Nashville. The suite was amazing, enjoyed the living room and views. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday and the Merry Mouse pop up was so fun and festive! Also enjoyed the speakeasy with Christmas jazz band! Will be back soon

Upon our arrival and first encounter with D’rell my husband and I were impressed. He has such great manners and an impeccable character and professionalism. Each of the several encounters with him he was always well groomed and had a warm pleasant and inviting smile. He was very helpful and even assisted with my husband retrieving his diabetic medication from our car. Speaking with other guest that highly praised and complimented him and said “he’s as good a help as one can find.”
These outwardly things are evidence of his inward character.

Once anyone meets D’rell they will not forget him. He leaves a lasting great impression. We suggest and recommend him for promotion because he is an asset to your hotel, company and very valuable to guest and those visiting the establishments in the hotel.

Clean, unique and wonderful hotel with even better staff. They are kind, helpful and welcoming. The room is a bit Avantgarde but once used to the more modern layout, it was a wonderful stay and best shower in a hotel I have ever had.

Great service for our office happy hour! Polly was very attentive and helpful! It was also such a cute space with such a great drink and food selection!

The Poll Club is my favorite Christmas pop up every year!! Polly was great and so helpful with my allergy request too !! 🙌🏼

Sara M, Kennedy, and William were amazing! I locked my keys in the car after working an event and they all went out of their way to help me. They helped with mh AAA since my phone and belongings were locked in my car as well. Thank you for being so nice, understanding and helpful. I appreciate yall so much!! I can’t thank Kynnedi enough for the most amazing stay, she is such an angel. It was touch and go with my naughty husband, but she was so emotionally aware when he started acting a fool. She took control of the situation, gave me some slippers so I could join my husband at the bar. I can’t explain how much I appreciate Kynnedi’s service. I will forever come back to Virgin!

The food was so amazing; we got basically everything on the menu! Drinks were flowing- we got the espresso martini tower! Above all, Polly (our server) elevated our experience and was so attentive and offered great recommendations to our large party of 17!!

Polly was THE best bartender and server. She took such good care of us and even saved a friend by finding and returning her bag. We appreciate you, Polly!!! You rock!

Amazing establishment! Very well Branded and super friendly staff. The rooms were clean and arranged well making the room very user friendly.
